Sh culture is not feeling valid because you don’t have a lot of scars
.
Thinspø because i need to get my shit together.
i will never be happy with my body. no matter how much i lose, the tattoos or piercings i get, changing my hair color, or changing the way i look, i will never be happy with how i look, there is always something wrong with me and that’s how it will always be.
I keep finding my hair everywhere, I’m dizzy all the time, I get a fear response when someone mentions going out to eat, I wake up and immediately think about food, I go to sleep and immediately think about food, I’m abusing supplements, and my body dysmorphia is worse than ever before.
My friends are worried, my parents are talking to my therapist, my therapist told me the words: “I’m worried about you”, and I hear the sadness in my partner’s voice when they help me count my cals because they know I’ll end up purging if I don’t like the number.
And yet, I have no desire to stop. The dizziness makes me giddy. I feel euphoric when I get the chills. A lower number on the scale makes my heart skip a beat.
But at what cost?
