Neytiri watched on with satisfaction as the demon and her youngest son argued and then the demon left her son behind on the beach. She always knew it was a selfish and greedy creature. Now, it was showing that to her children as well. It was driving her children away. Soon, they would be out from under it's evil influence and she would do what should have been done the day the demon child was discovered after the battle.
No matter how long it took, she would make sure Quaritch’s evil was removed from her world… in all it’s forms.
“It was a truth as simple as it was terrifying. Jake’s plan failed.
We lost.”
Felt like being sad, so I quickly doodled up an illustration of RDA descending onto Pandora, but from POV of the Sully kids, as they were escaping Hell’s gate at the time it happened 🤭 idk if it’s obvious but I wanted each character to have their own flavour of grief — their own unique reaction. Lemme know if I actually achieved it lol.

1. My family! I have a wonderful husband and 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl. They are what makes me feel the most of every emotion, especially happiness.
2. My dog. His name is Alfred Thaddeus Crane Penny worth, after Batman's butler, but we call him Aflie. He is a hyperactive nutcase but I love him. In case you were wondering, my dog is a mix of:
Heeler
Border Collie
Corgi
Rottweiler
Australian Shepherd
And Spaniel
Which is why he is a nutcase. A lovable, clingy, and incredibly smart nutcase but a nutcase all the same.
3. Reading. Reading anything, really. Books, fanfics, brainstorm posts, reddit stories/posts, etc... once I get hooked on a book/author, I'm a fan for life. I regularly reread stories I've read before because I'll start thinking about them and how much I enjoyed them.
4. Going off-roading. Hubby and I own an old Jeep that we have upgraded to go off-roading, camping, mudding, etc... in. It's great family time without technology but also a lot of fun to go solo as well.
5. Last but not least... The Beach. I grew up on the Oregon Coast, and even though I don't live there anymore, just seeing a picture or the ocean/beach makes me smile. I fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves as white noise, and we try to make it back to the beach every chance we get.

Heyyyy! So... I wanted to talk about an Au (which I plan to make into a fic) from Avatar.
The idea is a blessed Spider-type idea.
Spider was the first human baby born on Pandora and also the first human who was able to breathe Pandora's air without a mask.
Jake and Neytiri adopt him from a very young age and are a happy family, even if Spider is weird sometimes. Everything changed when the sky people came back.
The reason Jake decided to hide the clan in the mountains was because there was an attack in which many died... mostly children.
And Spider was one of the victims of the attack.
Jake refused to lose another son or more people so they all moved to the mountains.
Everything after that is the same as in the movie until they arrive with the Metkayina and in the village they come face to face with someone they thought was dead, Spider.
But he is now the son of the Tsahik and the Olo'eyktan of the Metkayina and does not remember them.
Now, I can't decide if Spider really died and Eywa decided to bring him back or if Spider managed to escape the attack and ends up falling into a river that takes him to the Metkayina's village. I was also thinking of not making it a human, but a Navi created by RDA or something like that.
I hope this is not too long and is well understood :D

Feel free to DM me as I love this idea. As you can tell, I'm a huge fan of the Metkayina Spider AU. Our boy needs a loving and caring family, to say the least. I am always up for and happy to brainstorm with others about their stories.
Don't worry about messaging me. I've brainstormed with many authors over multiple fandoms. It's actually my favorite thing to do because I love watching the ideas and stories grow and then reading the final stories as they are updated/posted.

Sometimes I sit down and realise how little we actually know about the clones in Canon and how much we just made up and decided was cannon.
Like the clone have never actually spoke Mando'a, Fives and Echo aren't really twins, Torrent never officially adopted Ahsoka into their aliit, Kote isn't really Cody's name, we know next to nothing about Fox and the Corries. I mean there isn't even a command batch, we don't actually know if Ponds, Cody, Wolffe, Bly and Fox were batchers that adopted Rex on Komino to save him from the long necks and Alpha-17 just had to live with it.
It's wild how much of what most people consider cannon was made up by fans, and it's amazing.
Time for another Modern Au.
Geralt Rivia leads a stable life with a fulfilling job. He's dedicated to raising his daughter Ciri alongside his ex, Yennefer, with whom he maintains a strong friendship.
However, one tragic incident has cast a shadow over Geralt's life. Several months ago, his then-girlfriend, Renfri, died in a devastating car accident. Late one night, while Geralt was behind the wheel, a drunk driver collided with their vehicle, resulting in Renfri's fatal injury. Geralt cradled her in his arms as she passed away. Despite reassurances from others that he's not at fault, Geralt can't shake the overwhelming guilt that haunts him.
Then, one fateful day, Geralt crosses paths with Jaskier, unlike anyone he has ever encountered.
Jaskier presents himself as a musician, or at least he tells people. In reality, Jaskier juggles a series of unconventional jobs, from working as a barista at a coffee shop to being a bike messenger, singing for tips at a bar at night, busking in a subway station, and various other gigs. Surprisingly, it's not that Jaskier lacks talent as a musician; he derives immense joy from these diverse experiences. Unlike Geralt, who carries a heavy burden of pessimism, Jaskier has a knack for seeing the bright side of life. Spending time with Jaskier slowly becomes a source of healing for Geralt as he copes with the grief of losing Renfri.
As time passes, Geralt and Jaskier's connection deepens, evolving into a romantic relationship. Yet, Geralt can't help but sense that Jaskier is harbouring a hidden secret.
Unbeknownst to Geralt, Jaskier's previous relationship had ended in turmoil. Growing up, Jaskier had strained ties with his parents, so when his then-boyfriend offered him an escape, he didn't hesitate. Soon, Jaskier left home to live with his boyfriend.
Initially, it was enjoyable, but Jaskier soon noticed his boyfriend's controlling behaviour. It began with minor things, like dictating Jaskier's clothing choices and what they ate. Before long, Jaskier's boyfriend pressured him into quitting his job, accusing him of infidelity. Jaskier found himself trapped in their apartment, becoming little more than a servant to his boyfriend, who had escalated to physical abuse.
One fateful night, while his boyfriend was out drinking, Jaskier seized the opportunity to pack his bag and escape. Upon relocating to a new city, Jaskier's dreams of becoming a famous singer dwindled. He realized he needed to stay off the grid to avoid his ex-boyfriend's detection. To make ends meet, Jaskier took on various odd jobs that left no paper trail.
Then, Jaskier crossed paths with Geralt. Gradually, Jaskier discovered love and security in their relationship, something he had never experienced before.

Simp for peepaw Quaritch all you want. I had never implied that every Quaritch fan excuses genocide. For someone who talks like they know me, you sure have no idea what kind of content I post, or how at length I talk about his character.
Secondly, I did address that I should have re-worded my original post a bit. Yes, Spider is not a morally grey character, but he committed a morally grey action because he operated outside the good and evil dichotomy when saving Quaritch, doing it because he formed an attachment to the man.
Boom, issue solved. Idk why you felt the need to go into my ask box anonymously and act so dramatically, but there really isn’t a problem, because none of your complaints are based on valid arguments.
You don’t actually know my account. You don’t know what I think of the characters, or you wouldn’t have been here in the first place, because what you said in your ask? Surprise surprise, you and I AGREE. The characters ARE complex, Spider IS a victim. I’m 100% in with everything you said. You just jumped to a conclusion about me before you even knew me. Adieu.
