Feelin’ Sassy

I usually queue my posts far in advance so that there’s content even when I’m working a lot.  Recently, I’ve been working nonstop and Tera had to be placed on the back burner for a while.  I’m going to be spending more time on Tera next month, hopefully.  Halloween is my favorite time of the year and I can’t wait for the festivities in Tera :)  In RL it’s amazing, too.  We’re all so close to costumes, hayrides, caramel apples, pumpkin spice, and spooky haunted houses!  My husband and I can’t wait :D

Random :3

Random Things about Me (in Tera):

- I usually have blonde characters because I have very dark hair IRL. My archer is the only hair color exception (seen in these screenshots).

- I have no male characters. Of my females, I have one High Elf, one Castanic, and several Elins.

- I have a master in every craft and it relieves a bit of IRL stress to craft things in Tera.

- I buy about 80% of my costumes with gold I earn in game.

- The Elin Dyeable Snowbelle Wrap is my all-time favorite costume.

- As mentioned in a past entry, I’m a horrible slayer.  (I need a trainer! Lol.)

- I already have a name reserved and several costumes ready for my brawler.

- The thing I like most about Tera is that my husband plays it with me :)

Reminiscing

Stumbled on this the other day and it brought up good memories.  It’s my husband’s reaper (left) and my own (right) when we first made them.  I actually always liked those little, pink dresses. I kinda wish there were a white one ^^

Feels like the first time...

Tera is a gorgeous game.  It doesn’t matter how many classes I level, I always love seeing the beautiful world and the characters that inhabit it.  It’s even better when you’re leveling with someone who has never experienced all of the wonderful things you already appreciate.  It’s so much fun to hear them get excited over it all ^^

Too Late

Yezi cast her gaze over the vast land that served as the venue for Rootstock.  The crops reached their vined and veined leaves towards the heavens, grasping for the bright sunlight that bounced through billowing cloud after cloud.  It was a picturesque scene, as if pulled from a master’s oil pastel painting, and yet Yezi let out a deep and longing sigh.

This corner of Tera was beautiful, and yes, it was a precious sight to behold, but it would be short lived.  Yezi had been traveling outside of Tera for many, many moons, and now that she had returned, it was sadly the very last day of Rootstock.  With a heavy heart, she shut her eyes and longed a day when the festival would return.

(Sadly, I missed Rootstock this year except for the final few hours.  I’ve been told it’s coming back again so I can’t wait!  I’ve always missed it since it first started, and my husband hasn’t seen it either.  Should be fun when we get the chance ^^  Also, thanks for reading my little story! Lol.)

So Many Costumes ^^

I really love that the Festival of the Sun tokens can be used for fashion coupon boxes.  I’ve been able to buy so many costumes for my characters as well as two of the dragon mounts.  Such a fun event with great prizes :)

Brain Freeze XD

Every time I’m on another character and I get the beach party achievement “I Said Freeze!” it makes me smile.  I love the effect XD

(If you don’t have the achievement yet it’s easy to do!  Just drink 3 sarberry desserts right in a row.  After drinking three Sarberry Deliciousness drinks quickly both you and the edges of your screen turn to ice. Plus, you get the achievement ^^)

Golden Goddess

I was never too crazy about high elves because I didn’t care for the way they stand.  I must say, however, that the longer I play as one the more I love them.  They’re so delicate and lovely...even when shooting giant guns ^^

Into the Unknown

Decided to go climbing today.  One thing I love about Tera is that you can explore so much.  When I was near Kanstria I dropped onto some invisible platforms and wound up here.  The colors looked nice with my outfit so I took a couple screenshots for fun ^^  I never get sick of this outfit.  It’s probably Yezi’s #1 look XD

Feel free to add Moss and Mochi if you like :D They are the most tame character in PvP world and might not be able to kill you anyway.

Bullet Blastin’ Babes

That Castanic belongs to my IRL husband. I had never played as a high elf before so we weren’t expecting such a big size difference.  I like it though.  It’s the only time I will ever be able to say I’m taller than my husband XD  I hope you all are having a great Friday!

I tried reinstalling Tera and this having crashes, I thought I resolved mine yesterday but didn't. Found out its my graphics card that is not working at times with games and other things on my computer. I'm hoping you wont get any more crashes seems that all it needed was a re install if that does not work try maybe talking to ensmasse and about your problem :)! x

So far it has been good :)  I’ve been off and on all morning buying and selling on my broker character and haven’t crashed.  I‘m sorry to hear about your graphics card giving you problems!  I hope you’re able to get everything sorted out and you don’t have any more issues <3

Thank you for reply Yez :)! About your recent post about you saying your tera has been crashing, in what way is it crashing? As I been having problems my self x.x

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 I was experiencing constant crashes and this error (click here).  Yesterday was especially terrible.  I would log on, try to sign on with Yezi, and then immediately crash.  It happened probably 9 or so times in a row before I just gave up for a while.  My husband also has Windows 10, plays in the same room as me, and uses the same internet connection.  He’s experiencing no crashing.  I don’t have an awful computer, but it isn’t nearly as powerful as his. 

Yesterday evening, I wound up installing the newest updates to Windows 10, restarting my computer, and then reinstalling Tera.  I haven’t crashed yet (fingers crossed).  I don’t know what the issue was but it seems to be resolved.

My pleasure and thank you!  I use Fraps, VirtualDub, and Photoshop CC. 

I can’t find the tutorial I used a long time ago, but there are lots of tutorials that use the same programs.  Click here for one.
