The Radiant God issues Lightning’s final trial, but becoming his Goddess is not what she intends when she raises her blade against him. She has realized where is Hope’s missing heart —inside the god, unbeknownst to him. Lightning faces Bhunivelze, trying to appeal to her partner’s heart with each swing of her blade, to no avail. Or so it seems… because a god should not be able to express any feeling, and Bhunivelze grows increasingly irate and desperate as the tides of battle turn against him.
With a decisive thrust to the god’s chest, Lightning opens a dam of rampant emotions that overwhelm Bhunivelze. This is the sign she was waiting for. As she plunges them both into the Chaos, Lightning knows she has only one chance. A last resort up her sleeve.
The survival knife she once gave Hope in hand, a good-luck charm of protection that embodies their thousand-year bond, she infuses within it all her memories and feelings for her partner. And then she stabs the Radiant God’s head with it.
A shimmering light descends, transferring Lightning’s prayers, wishes and promises to the slumbering heart shrouded in darkness that absorbs it. After 169 years, a soul that was brutally torn apart is made whole again.
The last soul of humanity is saved —Hope has awoken.
Another!!

Writing a fanfiction? What?
I normally bug everyone about trying to find old fanfictions... and I greatly appreciate everyone who’s helped me on the way. So it’s about time I contribute something to the mix, and I guess I’ll see how it goes. College isn’t starting for another month and I’ve got time. Here it is. An AU no one really asked for. Feedback is greatly appreciated :)

Chinese 3
overdue but woo its done
that's all I've got to say.
But hey I guess learning a new language indeed is possible in 9 weeks.
Chinese 2— Summer Intensive
LIVING IN SPAIN WITHOUT THE S
That's basically my entire summary. You just memorize characters and pray you don't forget a stroke. Nonetheless the language is still interesting, but still pain. Three more weeks. Three more weeks. Level 3 here I come.
chinese 1— intensive edition
So I’ve just about completed 3 weeks of a summer intensive Chinese course, and surprisingly, I can say that I’ve made a decent amount of progress. There’s 2 more classes in the series to total to 15 credits, so it is heavy on the units.
We learned basic sentence order and structure, pronouns, nouns, verbs, particles, and adjectives. It’s honestly a whole different world. But hey, I can kinda keep up in a basic conversation for at least 8 minutes. Woo. 你好, 我叫黄俊义。
For me, I learned German in high school and my mind was easily able to adapt to the nuances because they reflected English in a way. Chinese doesn’t really let me do that.
But this is just one out of three anyways. I should get back to studying. Peace out.
hello world!
brand new to this site, much more of a lurker than anything, but I thought I’d at least write a hello.
