Bogsneaks are already shaped p much like how I imagine earth flight to be influenced, so their adaptation is more in the bodysurfaces. Stones coating their body, as well as floating around them. Many fans. as expected.

Based on frilled lizards. They can’t fly (like other earth flight dragons) but they can glide fairly well

They will easily develop stony scales or gems on their body, especially in areas with strong earth magic. When they’re taken away from their elemental influence for a while, the stones drop off. New ones will develop when they return home.

(I imagine that instead of making their sap nests in trees or high spots they simply line a small cave with sticky juices they’ve collected from succulents.)

Earth flight dragons in this redesign are probably more lizardy n slow. flightless. Naturally more active at night or in the dawn/dusktime to avoid the awful heat of Dragonhome days.

Ridgies are naturally covered in sharp scales all over. Wings included, in this case.

Did some thinking about sexual dimorphism in the gaerds. The one I did is the female, so the male would be a bit more sharp and a lot smaller. (like if the average female is 20m long, the average male is 15m long)

if you want two images next to eachother then do 320px wide

for 3 its 213px

What is the nastiest. meanest race of dragon/element? It's uh.. for research purposes of course.. I'm not planning anything..

The various elemental flights trend toward certain professions and outlooks, but you can have your clan behave however you like. The three “meanest” might be shadow, ice, and plague dragons, but all of the flights have their shortcomings.

Shadow dragons are tricksters and cheaters. They’ll take any shortcut and are compulsive liars.

Plague dragons are savage and have taken survival of the fittest to an extreme. They pit themselves against other creatures and dragons to test their own mettle and prove that they are worthy of life. Plague dragons have all survived the plague; they’re now non-symptomatic carriers.

Ice dragons are collectors. This goes beyond relics and includes living things that they freeze in ice to study at a later time. They’re the most emotionless flight.

Other flights that have nastier tendancies. (We would not say that they’re truly evil though)

Fire dragons have short tempers and will act on them.

Many water dragons know the future, but they won’t tell other flights what trials might befall them.

Arcane dragons are literally destroying the world by poking at the fabric of reality. They’re very cheerful and friendly about the whole thing!

I tried to stay as true as possible to the description for Tsunami Flats:

A becalmed coastal stretch of shoals and giant tidal pools. Dragons occupy the pools, burrowing into the loamy sand and shaping half-submerged underwater caves with their small, but growing magics. Sustenance, in the form of amphibious reptiles and fish, is abundant. Although seemingly a frontier, it is at these shores that the Water God is most able to protect his charges, employing tidal wave defenses to menace away aggressors.
