( m/f, m/m, f/f ) okay, so i really want this plot where muse a is having a night walk around town and finds this little fragile person, muse b, bruised/hurt and cold sitting on the sidewalk all alone, without cash, id or a mobile phone. muse a, then, decides to help this stranger and takes muse b home. muse a offers them a hot shower, food and a bed (aka their couch) for the night. still, muse b is quiet and doesn’t talk much. what will happen to this strange ‘friendship’ that has just started? who the hell is muse b?

bonus: muse b makes breakfast for muse a the next morning to thank them!

Yawn. His lips parted, the sight hidden by his large hand that acted as a guard against the camera. He had been sitting in a radio interview for at least half an hour, the clock approaching midnight at a sluggish pace. What were the questions again? Eyes that were shielded by a baseball cap scanned the table covered in broadcasting equipment, the distance between him and the other guests practically nonexistent. A portion of Oh My Girl were politely playing along with the host’s attempts to liven up the segment -- the one whose smile was all teeth had a voice as sweet as honey; the doll-like beauty of the girl to her right was matched with mannerisms that only a trained royal could possess; but the third girl... Barely a word had been spoken from her seat, her thin fingers neatly folded on the surface that served as more of a desk than anything else. Admittedly, Yanghwa was curious. 

“Who is your favorite musician these days?” All gazes were directed at the man, his eyebrows going up in attempts to look as if he’d been paying any attention to the actual conversations. Oftentimes his thoughts got the best of him -- he was always the first to zone out during important meetings, always the one who nearly tripped over his own feet on the Seoul streets because he was too busy imagining up his next track. But this time he was focused on something in the interview, and that was his plan to get the stranger to speak up a bit more. So, after quietly clearing his throat, he gestured directly across from him. 

“I’m more curious on what JinE has been enjoying.”

One... Two... Three.. Four... Curious eyes scanned the building that towered over him, teeth chewing into a bottom lip that tended to be swollen from such abuse as he counted each floor. It wasn’t rare that he found himself in this situation -- a friend of a friend would mention a job offer, and Yanghwa would jump on the opportunity before anyone could even blink. This was a credit of his personal success... While some hesitated to observe the pros and cons, this particular man dived right in with no regrets. That’s how he managed to establish his own company at twenty-three. That’s how his name had ended up on handfuls of movie soundtracks and drama OST’s. Sure, taking risks wasn’t always beneficial... But it had brought him this far. 

The project presented that particular day was for an upcoming movie. He wasn’t too certain of plots or cast -- not that that’d matter to a musician, anyway. A torso covered in tattoos was sheltered by a white button up, sleeves cuffed at the forearm. As per usual his hair was styled with gel; caution was used that morning because of the professional nature of his schedule. Admittedly he was the type to go for a “I woke up like this” appearance, when in reality his routine took just as long as anyone else’s. The thought of it made him chuckle as he was buzzed in by the receptionist, bowing quickly in greetings to the young woman. After a short exchange he was directed down a hallway, door marked as “회의.” 

Much to Yanghwa’s surprise, the only person who sat at the long table was a familiar face. It wasn’t often he had the chance to meet idols; after all, he was fairly new to this scene and Nana was extremely popular. With a polite smile he lowered his head, bending just a bit in respects to the stranger. “Good evening... I’m Lee Yanghwa, one of the producers working on the soundtrack.”
