We keep the whole xenonite prosthetic arm thing for Simon cuz that’s already cool as fuck.

BUT, since he has been exposed to the blood ocean and radiation and shi, that xenonite acts as the basic structure for his newly grown bio-flesh to spread over, essentially regaining his arm!

(Albeit, more fishy or tree looking depending on what you as the artist/writer want to lean into more)

a couple notes:

i think the face mutation for simon is "retractable" i.e. he can bring it out/fade it away mostly on command

however i haven't decided if it comes with some sort of bonus mutated treelike/fishy replacement for the missing arm (which would also be "retractable" for lack of a better term... maybe it hurts to use and that's why he wouldn't have it out all the time?)

honestly i think my ideal form for grace's fox cardigan would be a repeating pattern of foxes on a cream bg that the cardigan shape just masks off like the patterns in chowder

yes grace's eyes do make some sort of sound effect when he blinks with the glasses off but i don't know if it's a looney tunes style "dink dink" or the spongebob style "squimp"
