Right now i am thinking that there is whole generation of 'One Direction' teenagers.

And holy fuck we are now adults.

Today i saw one of those videos, for let's say anxiety panick.

But instead of breathing technique you had to 'be your bias girlfriend/boyfriend' for five second. And every second there was one picture of your dates, things you both would do.

And to be honest, that was the best mental healing for five second i have ever seen.
