🕉 My Practice 🙏 Its more than just a workout, it's a journey of thyself. I've been so exhausted these past few days. I had to take a mini break. All I've been doing is sleeping and yoga lol & I feel great 💖 My practice has brought so much Love & Light into my life 💚 I couldn't be more thankful. Overall its taught me to love & accept myself 🙏 and not just in the physical form. Its taught me to allow myself that validation that I was wanting from some. It's taught me that i don't need that validation from them. Its taught me that I am my Own person. That we, spiritual beings, are all our own person, we are all different, and yet we are all our equal. My practice is undeniably important to me. && I cannot wait to share this experience with others 🙏💚 Namaste Loves 🕉

Casting Your Intentions | Manifesting Your Dreams

You can’t keep telling yourself “this is what I’m going to have - this is what I’m going to be - this is what’s going to happen.” & expect it to happen just because that’s your mindset. Don’t get me wrong, having a positive mindset is great! However, you should try to stop putting your intentions in the future, and keep them in the present. “I HAVE this - This IS Who I am - This IS what’s happening.”. Notice the amazing changes in your life 💚 & how QUICKLY things WILL change for YOU! Casting your intentions requires having a plan. Using the universe or any deity to help things flow more in your favor is one thing but YOU are going to have to put some physical action into it. So you have an end result? What are your plans to get there? It needs to be broken down, they’re the *mini goals* to get to your true desire! It is as simple as that! It’s terrifying-ly amazing to me that WE have the power & choice to do EXACTLY what it is we want to in life or not. It IS your choice, and YOUR CHOICE ONLY. I hope you make the decision to be HAPPY. ❤ Namaste 🙏

It amazes me how early on we still are in this new year and how much I've already accomplished ✨ there is no better time than Now! 🌞 A Baby Step is better than No step. You can't deny that 💛 If there is something you can be doing RIGHT NOW to help reach your intentions, & you're not, you need to start! ✨ Whether its personal or work related or both.. Start! I know some will say "its easier said than done." But I didn't say it would be easy, sometimes it will be hard. But there is NEVER going to be that "Perfect" moment in life when its time to start. Don't let the days roll by when you know there IS something that could be done Now. 🌞
