For the near future my yoga teaching schedule will be as follows:
Wednesdays at 6:30am at In Balance Yoga
Saturdays at 8am at The Weight Club
This week, on Thursday, April 6th, at 6pm, I’ll be at the Hethwood for the BYC
Current Schedule
Wednesdays (regularly) @ In Balance Yoga; 6:30am-7:30a
Saturdays (regularly) @ The Weight Club; 8am-9am
Teaching Schedule - Early 2017
Monday, January 2nd and 16th from 6pm-7:30pm @ the Farm (2204 Glade Rd.)
Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am at In Balance Yoga (401 S. Main St.)
Thursdays (from January until the end of February) at the Hethwood (2631 Sheffield Drive) from 6pm-7pm
Saturdays (until the end of February) at the Weight Club (801 University City Blvd) from 8am-9am

Thirty minutes later came a drowzy beautician Speaking few words showing little volition Yesterdays hair still sat on the floor The shave began as the television roared Andre held still for the razor was straight Admiring the work no need to translate I headed to the washroom with Andre in sight Voiding on instinct there was no light The pink streaks of cream had finally faded Alcohol applied yet gently cascaded Around each dip…chin, jaw, and lip Andre renewed with his facial strip The TV now glowed with formula one racing Showing no interest we quickened our pacing Now outside after paying and tipping Andre praised instead of ripping Our late, unkept, bumbling beautician I guess he found his facial magician - Mary’s Beauty Salon (3804 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60625)

Here's my new video for the Deciblog. I would really appreciate any comments. This is a pose that's helped me feel better from neck pain. Also, you can tell that my dog, Penelope, is really listening closely to what I have to say.

Kvlt Metal Yoga Tomorrow w/ Alex Barnett Drone Bath!
SATURDAY, SEP 20, 2014 André Foisy’s (LOCRIAN): Kvlt Metal Yoga with Live Drone Bath By Alex Barnett Turbodog Yoga, Chicago, IL Yoga from 8:30PM - 10PM. Alex Barnett's Drone Bath 10-10:30PM. Spend an evening listening to meditative metal music and practicing yoga by candlelight in a class led by musician and Turbodog Yoga instructor André Foisy. Alix Foisy and Ana Doherty, both certified yoga instructors, will be assisting students throughout the class. This class is intended for those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis. After practicing the asanas, or physical yoga poses, attendees will rest in corpse pose while listening to a dark synthesizer based drone bath performed by Alex Barnett. Barnett is a founding member of Oakeater and has collaborated with Faith Coloccia, Mamiffer and Locrian.
Dress in comfortable clothes and feel free to bring blankets and pillows if you wish.
It’s suggested that you sign up for the class in advance.
