oh sure im okay w that !! HHHHH
[i've never doubted that palestine will live.
the US dropped more than 7.5 million tons of bombs on vietnam, laos and cambodia from 1965-75. they destroyed our land, used agent orange, slaughtered villages, separated families, the list goes on.
but we're. still. here.
indigenous people are still here. black people are still here. colonized people are resilient. even if you kill our people, ban our languages, destroy our homes, heritage sites and artifacts, we will always find a way to keep our cultures alive and that has always been true
so much of the west and isntreal's tactics and actions are hauntingly familiar to me as a viet person. its a colonizer's rinse and repeat. and so that's how i know palestine will be free. we've seen this film before]
A journalist stationed at a Gaza hospital who has been able to make a call via his Turkish sim:
"Weâre in Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. We have no idea whatâs happening. Thereâs no connection, no Wi-Fi, no reporters. Weâre cut off from everything.. People canât call ambulances or civil defense. We are being bombed in an unprecedented manner. The sky around us just lights up [with explosions], and no one knows whatâs going on. You canât reach anyone, even if theyâre only 500 meters away. Ambulances and medics are begging reporters to let them know which streets are getting bombarded to go rescue the victims but the reporters themselves donât know where anything is happening [because of the connection loss]. We are trying to report the news but we have no idea whatâs happening.â
and let the history books name joe biden, rishi sunak, justin trudeau, emmanuel macron, ursula von der leyen and every other world leader who did not step in to prevent the genocide of palestine as cold-blooded murderers. may they face a shred of the immeasurable pain and suffering they allowed to be committed against 2.2. million innocent lives.
gaza has just been completely cut off from the world.
after increased intensity of israeli aistrikes tonight, the last cable providing communications was destroyed. telecommunications have been completely cut off. they cannot reach one another. they cannot reach paramedics. the red crescent society has completely lost contact with their branch in gaza. nobody inside can reach anyone inside, and especially not outside of gaza to tell us what is going on. this is a complete atrocity.
al jazeera has managed to maintain infrequent communication with their journalists in gaza. from their reporter wael dahdouh: âwe are not fine. body parts are everywhere, missiles are targeting everyone, and the bombing hasnât stopped for a second.â
do not stop talking about gaza. they are trying to commit genocide in the dark. do not stop talking.
God they cut off all the internet and cellular networks in Gaza
We are isolated nowâ: Communications lost with many parts of Gaza (from Al Jazeera's live update, by reporter Tareq Abu Azzoum, 16:25 GMT)
We donât know about anything that is happening in other districts in the territory. Maybe there are new bombardments taking place in these areas. We donât know how many victims. We can only hear bombardments everywhere, but we donât know any anything about the casualties, about the situation on the ground. We donât know anything also about the medical conditions of doctors, medical workers, even at the Al-Shifa Hospital [the largest in Gaza]. The situation is catastrophic right now. We can no longer communicate with the international community to send our voice to the world to know what is happening on the ground. I hope that this message might reach and have an access to the world despite what we have experienced throughout the last hour. We are now in a hospital and we are going to be live by satellite as much as we can and every single hour. So please, if you can hear us, send that message to the world that we are isolated now in Gaza. We donât have any phone signals. We donât have any internet connections. We found great difficulty even to communicate and contact with our relatives in different parts of the territory. Journalists here, even the citizens inside the hospital, they donât have any access to the networks. They donât have any kind of communication even with their neighbors. There is a great problem in the network connections. We donât know how itâs dropped. We donât know if it was targeted. The situation on the ground is really terrible. Everyone is afraid, everyone is terrified. Please ,guys, if you can hear us send this message to the world that we are becoming isolated. Al Jazeera currently only has sporadic communication with correspondents in Gaza following the latest strikes on the besieged enclave.
