Spoilers for the Red Hood and the Outlaws Webtoon

I've already stated that I don't really like the Webtoon, but I continue to read it. I read it mostly just to see Jason. The art is pretty good. The most recent episode that just came out has sealed it for me. The Webtoon is horribly written. The relationship between Jason and Artemis reads like a Wattpad fanfic. Bizarro is a side story most of the time if he's even mentioned at all. If you haven't read the most recent episode here's your chance to scroll away.

The most recent episode pulls one of the most cliche "plot twists" ever. It was all a simulation. None of the previous episodes matter. The it was all the dream was the stupidest way for the story to go. And they just roll with it, like it makes sense. The Webtoon has never been particularly smooth in it's story lines, but this was the final straw for me. I don't know why I kept reading, because every episode I read just annoys me. I've noticed there's quite a few other fans that have a similar issue with the story lines. What do you all think?

Are there any other Red Hood fans who don't like the new Outlaws Webtoon?

I was so excited for it to come out and loved the first few episodes, but now I can't stand it. The writing isn't great, and honestly I don't ship Jason and Artemis together. I think their dynamic in the dark trinity series was fantastic and I saw the chemistry there, but I just can't see it in this Webtoon. To me the Webtoon feels like bad fanfiction. I read it now and again, but I'm not nearly as excited for episodes as I was. I was just curious if any other fans felt the same way or at least had a similar distaste for the series.
