We've made a new EP and here it is. It’s called ‘Nowt But Dust’.

It was recorded at JT Soar with Handsome Phil Booth and mastered by Joe Caithness. We think it’s the best thing we’ve ever done. You can download it for pay-what-you-want/free off our bandcamp page.

It is also the last thing we are ever going to release. At the end of the year we’re going to split up. If you want to see us one last time we’re playing the following last gigs:

13th November – The Joiners, Southampton (with Martha + Radiator Hospital) 19th December – Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar, Brighton (with Personal Best + Kamikaze Girls)

We might do a couple more before then if anything comes up, or we might not. Either way by the end of the year that’ll be it. Don’t worry, we’re still all friends and that. We’ve also got other music things that we’re doing if anyone cares; Jay plays drums in Haters and writes songs as Edward James Almost, Harry has a new band called Just Blankets, and Murf’s on-again off-again bedroom project Proven Lands might even have a new EP out at some point soon.

Thanks to everyone that’s helped us out in any way while we’ve been doing this, it’s really appreciated and we’ve mostly had a lovely time.

TOUR STARTS TOMOZZA

I don’t know if anyone cares, but that album we released last year is now available on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music and all those various other things that I don’t use but apparently other people do. I assume the fact that we haven’t previously been on those ‘platforms’ is the one thing that has been holding us back from mainstream acceptance, so look out world. And at least now if you’re doing a Spotify-based DJ set and you want to drop all four parts of ‘Sadness in the Family’ in a row you’ll be able to. It is still available as a pay-what-you want download on bandcamp mind, which I reckon is the best way of getting your greasy paws on it, and that way if you do choose to pay for it at least the majority of the money goes to us, as opposed to lining the coffers of whichever jerks own Apple. Anyway, in slightly more interesting news, our comeback gig is on Friday at the Veg Bar in Brixton. That’s in London. We’re playing with Bangers, Break-Ups and Rhys Lowis Stephens. That new Bangers record is really good. See you there maybe xxx

Our new video is now up on Punktastic! It’s for a song called ‘Tales of the Unexplained’ from the upcoming split 7” with Austeros, Happy Accidents and Isaac that the wonderful Don’t Ask Records are putting out.

Tour with Eric Ayotte and The Gababout Film Festival

Look at that. We're off on tour with our buds Eric and Charlie in January and we're dead excited. We'll be playing as part of the Eric Ayotte band, as well as doing a set of our own, plus we'll be bringing The Gadabout Film Festival along with us and screening a bunch of cool short films. Young Accidents Tour

It's not really a tour, but you should come and see us and Happy Accidents play some gigs together this weekend. Where are we playing? Here's where!

Friday 21st November - House Show, Leeds (w/ T-Shirt Weather) (message us for the address!)

Saturday 22nd November - 1 in 12 Club, Bradford (w/ Crywank + Gerrard Bell-Fife) 23rd November 2014 - The Nerd Hutch, Newcastle (w/ Euan Lynn + Skull Puppies) And that's not all. We've also made some sweet garms for the occasion. They are all screenprinted by our lovely Jay onto charity shop t-shirts, so we've got loads of different sizes and colours. Neat.

I think these will be our last shows of the year, but we are doing something very exciting in January, which will be revealed soon. Oooh, mysterious. In the meantime watch this daft video we made for our hit song 'cables'.

(vegan) Cheese. Maiden (although we once had a band night in watching the Metallica rockumentary 'Some Kind of Monster'; a film which really mirrored our experience of recording an album). London (although I've never been to New York, it might be alright).

Hello. I've realised that we never do proper updates on this page any more. That's the Angry Birds generation for you, I guess. So in an attempt to remedy the situation here's some 'news' We released an album. It's called 'Isolations'. You can download it for free now if you want. The lovely folks at Cats? Aye! Records are releasing it on compact disc. Here's what they look like...

We'll have them available for the first time at this little run of gigs that is happening very soon...
