I find that things that are high in protein help a lot. So fish, eggs, certain beans, peanuts, etc etc. I normally try to shy away from dairy because it doesn’t settle well with my stomach.

I can’t speak for everyone but I know I’m working on a new recipe! So that, plus teaching, tends to take up a bit of my time.

Originally, yeah. We were one of the bigger packs in the north, at least 150-200 wolves. But now there’s only a handful of us that were part of the original pack that is still around.

Where do you work? Or what do you do for work, at least? Same, though! It’s so beautiful.
Not really work, per se, I volunteer my time. Some of the wolves I work with those who are turned and came to Grimmswood since it’s a sanctuary of a sort. But there are some who are my age and just need someone to listen to their problems and I’ve always been a listening ear to my pack back home. It makes them feel less isolated and welcomed.
I dare say it’s just as beautiful as where I grew up, but I think Grimmswood takes the cake for beauty.

Well, I do need a chaperone to take me about if I want to see the city, and after seeing glimpses, all I want to do is explore!!
Sometimes it's those who don’t tell you are the ones to be wary about--speaking from experience.
If that’s the case, I’m normally free after classes and on weekends if I’m not working with other, younger werewolves in the city. Plus, I’d love to see more of the Grimmswood.

That works perfectly!! I get done teaching my morning class at 11:25 so that leaves me time to eat a quick bit of lunch before we make the cookies!
