I was wondering if you had a very strict idea of what merfolk forms look like in the H2O MBAV AU? (And are you still interested in said AU?)

Firstly, a quick apology. I got way boggled down by a lot in December and wasn’t able to post a lot on here, and then it just slipped away from me. Which is sad because I love posting on here! I’m definitely going to be more active now, not quite as much as I was, but I won’t disappear for months again.
Alrighty- so the answer is yes, but also no. I’ve been imagining them as how the mermaids on H20 and Mako Mermaids look, but I’m also thinking about maybe spicing it up. Like maybe Rory gets a green tail or Erica gets a purple one, ya know? As for the rest of what they look like in mer-form, in the show the girls just have bikini tops that match their tails and that was kinda my idea, but if anyone has any suggestions I’m totally open to that. The guys in mako mermaids are just shirtless, I haven’t decided yet if Rory would wear a swim shirt or not. I feel like his character could go either way.
Also- their clothes magically spawn completely dry once they’ve dried off and are no longer in mer-form. That’s just a little lore thing I want to carry over from H2O because A. I think it’s funny and B. There’d be awkward situations if not.
I am working on the next chapter, I had it almost finished before I disappeared, I just have to proof read and post! Thank you again for the question!
