(1) A recurring theme in this album: people who are already dead inside. Different songs explore different reasons for why people are already dead inside: because they refuse to know the truth, because they refuse to live freely (a bird - the very emblem of freedom), because they choose not be themselves...

(2) Another recurring theme in Dir en Grey songs: wanting to remain oneself, and the struggle to live up to that standard in the face of societal pressures.

(1) In case it's not obvious, the lambs here are people who, like the narrator, refuse to see/know/understand.

(2) I had to take some creative liberties here so that this verse is understandable in English. The original reads 知ってはならぬ /それが屍の証, which reads literally "not knowing is proof of the corpse", which would translate in English to "not knowing is proof that I'm already a corpse". If you read through the rest of the lyrics, though, it becomes apparent that what the narrator means is that his refusal to know/see/understand is proof that he's dead to the world.
