yes here are my rules:
no real people, yes even if they have done coke. not trying to get sued here. live-action is limited to non-humans only (so, yes, cocaine bear is on the table). album covers do not apply to this rule
ocs are allowed! however, if not submitting your own oc, please for the love of dio brando ask the creator
