"The Zetetic" is in Ringlet (1882) [Daylight Fonts · Fonts In Use].

"Strange Times" matches the free font Blobs (2003?) [dafont.com]. Either Blobs is a digitization of an earlier font, or this logo isn't actually from the early ufology scene.
