one time in my area a kid died from suffocation. They were a fan of the character “Gaara” from Naruto, put their head into sand and told their friends not to pull them out until they mastered ninjutsu

The event was very tragic, but Naruto continued to be shown on TV here afterwards. No one blamed the anime Naruto for the death of a child, the parents failed to teach their kid that Naruto is a work of fiction.

So here’s a question to you

since any work of fiction can affect the reality of people, should we

Ban all fiction (including but not limited to all fiction and non fiction books, fanfiction, movies and tv series regardless of age rating)

or educate impressionable people such as young kids, or people who mentally never got past the age of 10, that fiction is not reality and that a lot of things only work in fiction?

Calling someone a harasser because they have a simple dni that offends you because theyre a victim is ableism.

You don't know the pasts of strangers on the internet. "People with pro shipcest blogs interacting with me makes me triggered" isn't the same as "I actively tolerate harassment and censorship". The way proshippers will throw around words like "nazi" or "transphobic" just honestly baffles me.

Like, not liking your pro-zoophilia fanfiction of a child getting railed by a feral animal doesn't mean I'm anti-kink. Because a lot of the things proshippers write about is why some people in the world have problems.

You wouldn't go up to a CSA survivor and say that what happened to them was the best thing in their life. People who have bestialitiy in most states, end up in prison. Siblings beating or sexually abusing their younger/older siblings grow up to be kidnappers, human traffickers, etc.

I saw one blog, a grown man talking about how he wanted to rape his sister, which I think is funny because I thought proshippers didn't condone that stuff irl, I've gotten rape threats, was stalked and harass by a proshipper, other proshippers saw, and only talked about how I was in the wrong, but completely ignored the fact that one of their own people was being a creep towards a minor, and they were okay with that.

Proshippers baffle me.

As NONE of you know since im very private, my main goal in life is to become a showrunner, yknow, just to make shows and movies

I've considered other things like graphic novel/comic book author or just an author in general, artist, animator, voice actor, hell even a therapist or someone who has a psychology major

But those things just didn't bring out who I truly am

And I've been doing this for the past 5/6 years but I really only got the idea 3 years ago in late 2022/early 2023

I have a show concept very inspired from the owl house and tangled the series

It has no name, I've gone through 3 or four but none have stick, and I really need help with this idea and more,

I intend to be very diverse with my characters being people of color, having disabilities, and being primarily lgbtq and queer

Here are some show ideas with the concepts if you are interested,

Golden hour

The show revolves around a pansexual 15 year old called Lucy Solace, a Puerto Rican and African American teenage girl, the show takes place in the year 2015 and in Gatlinburg Tennessee, after technology from an otherworldly universe, a universe with witches, wizards, sorcerers and sorceress' gets transported into Lucy's universe, she uses her class field trip to an artifact museum to find out what it is, after accidentally triggering said device, Lucy gets teleported to the kingdom of Fey, which is going through a war, teaming up with Hunter Cameron, a trans and genderfluid sorcer, they team up to find peace with all kingdoms and get Lucy home.

The name Golden Hour is subjected to change cause I feel like there could be better

13 year old demi girl Irene has the dream of becoming a famous showrunner, but lacks everything to to make it successful, after going to a fandom convention and meeting her most idolized showrunner + voice actor, Aries Chambers, they accidentally had left behind some concepts for her show, Aries finding these, he and deciding to help Irene on their indie animated pilot over the summer months

7th Angel

After moving to Florida, 13 year old Japanese American Hiro gets enlisted into a private Christian school while being a closeted gay, through those months he becomes friends with Milani and Cassandra, a Hawaiian and Greek student, as they learn more about they're school and the mysteries within a local graveyard and library ran by their teacher, Miss Barbra, Hiro falls in love with Caleb, one of the more popular students who isn't an asshole
