I think my body would really benefit from a 1–2 day fast. Eating so much fast food really does hold so much water because of all the sodium. It’s so hard to eat healthy, especially nowadays. It’s cheaper to buy a box of brownies than raspberries for the week; it’s all a mindset though. You’ve got to really put your mind to it, and it’s completely possible, especially if you have no other responsibilities. So maybe I’m just coping, and I have zero excuse.
