not sure how much of a theory this really is but I'm thinking Seulgi's dad and Jaeyi were close somehow. Maybe he was the only good adult figure in her life and then her dad killed him for whatever reason.

So I think Ava will return after three days because, you know, ~jesus symbolism~ but obviously for her it will have been years and also she won’t be in a position to reunite with everyone right away.
Because, as we know, the only way out from the other realm is the arc — though tbh I don’t think that’s how Michael got back or his mom would have seen him, but it’s possible he came back another way bc he had Reya’s blessing and she sent him back to defeat Adriel, meanwhile why would Reya let Ava leave when her halo is finally back where it belongs?
So maybe the only way through for Ava is the arc, she comes through that way but arctech is still swarming with ex-adriel fanatics and so it doesn’t go well for her and that’s why she stays separated from the others for a while. She could come through with the halo depleted, easy pickings for them, and they do have divinium so they could use it to contain her in some way. Just thinking…
okay so if Ava DOES come back in 3 days time, how much time would elapse in the other realm?
Dr. Gillian discovered that 7.8 seconds in this world is equal to 107 minutes in the other world. Like a genius, I calculated (I'm absolutely shit at math and am 70% sure I did something wrong) how much time would pass for Ava. Take this with a grain of salt but I ended up with 41.1 days. That's like a month! kind of.
Hopefully Ava annoys Reya so bad she just punks her out of there
I wasn’t exact in my math, I rounded down to 100 minutes and didn’t calculate the milliseconds, but i ended up with so somewhere around 7 years, and others calculated about 6.5 so I think that’s fairly accurate.

Based off the beginning avatrice were living with each other for months? so we only got to see a snippet of that but it's nice to think that there was a long period in time where they were just "relaxing" and hanging out.
I mean that's presumably how they went from what they were in season 1 to best friends in season 2
What's shown in season 2 is all the action but it's just soothing to think that in "reality" before all that they were having a good time, idk
