I saw the works of @bobditty, he took photography in Uganda and there was one portrait of a boy which reminded me of the sculpture I did... In 2000, I created a piece called my father's coat. Inspired by a young boy who used to pass through our front yard every day on his way to school. In the month of rain, he wore a coat so big that his arms were lost in the sleeves and the hood of it he had to fasten with the belt, the coat was very big that it would have been a larger size for his father. the construction of the coat and the material of it wasn't for the weather of Africa but the cold continent like Russia. This coat kept the boy dry and warm in the rain times but what got me was the boy loved the coat so much that even the hottest weather of Africa, the boy wore the coat, I would look at him sweating as if they poured a bucket of water to his face.
