Not enough Yuta content reaches into the fact that, canonically, Yuta is terrifying. Creepy, off-putting, repulsive at points. I see plenty of darker art, and I certainly don't mind the art that recognizes how pretty he is, but aiwhduhwdiuawhdiwuahdg. he's freaky.
Like a lot of art shows him, naturally, as a dog. however. hold my hand here. freaky little owl Yuta. Yuta with eyes that are too wide, too open, too seeing. Not like Gojo's Six Eyes, something closer to your mind than that. Like he's reading your thoughts with gross intent.
Yuta with hands that always feel a little too cool, like he's been without gloves in the winter time.
Yuta with his sharp canines, too-long tongue that you can only notice when he yawns, stretching it out like a dog, opening his mouth a little too wide. He's not not-human, he decisively is, but it's like he's been shifted just a little to the right. Face a little too sharp and soft at the same time, eyes that bore into a part of you that you can't even feel yourself, vibe that makes bile curl in your stomach. Nearly makes you feel like prey.
And FUCK. Rika. The way a shikigami as strong as her nearly bows, following his command like a pet. Yuta asks, so polite, so gentle, voice like low wind chimes and a cool breeze, for this weapon, that tool, for Rika to guard someone while he keeps people safe. This grotesque, vomit-inducing man, sharp eyes and strange mannerisms, using his overwhelming ability to hurt to keep strangers safe.
and ogggg. his voice. don't even get me started on his voice. espeically sub. no offence to his english va, great work, but the sub does something to me. especially when he's older. low and soft, delicate and sturdy. can absolutely see him being the ghostly whisper that normally drives sorcerers to exorcise curses. hearing it behind you must make your skin crawl like maggots.
