​🎭 A Dream Come True: Bradley Jaden LIVE IN TAIPEI

Two days ago was a day I will cherish forever. March 1st, 2026—the day I finally saw Bradley Jaden in his solo concert right here in my home city! 🌟

My journey as a fan started back in July 2025, when I saw the Les Misérables 40th Anniversary World Tour. His portrayal of Javert completely redefined the character for me; he brought a "flesh and blood" humanity to the role that was so raw and emotional. I knew right then that I couldn't miss this solo show, so I went all in and got the best seats in the house (roughly $158 USD—worth every penny!).

​✨ The Performance: From Beast to Glinda?

In the first act, Bradley appeared in a sharp black shirt and dark grey suit, delivering powerhouse performances of "If I Can't Love Her" (Beauty and the Beast) and "Why God Why?" (Miss Saigon). Also, a huge shoutout to the special guest Ben Forster—his "Gethsemane" was absolutely electrifying!

For the second act, Bradley changed into a white shirt for a softer, more intimate vibe. One of the highlights was his duet with Ben on "For Good" from Wicked. Bradley actually took on Glinda’s part, and he was so in character—his expressions were pure Glinda magic!

​Just when I was starting to feel a tiny bit sad that we might not hear any Les Mis tracks... the encore happened. From the very first note, I literally jumped out of my seat.

STARS. 🕯️My absolute favorite Javert anthem. Hearing it live in such a beautiful venue was a spiritual experience.

​💌 The Stage Door (SD) Saga

As soon as the show ended, I dashed toward the side door. I had my hand-drawn cards and a 3-page letter ready! 🏃‍♀️💨

Being my first real Stage Door experience, I was a bundle of nerves and anxiety. It was so crowded since everyone wanted to show their love to Bradley on his Taipei stop. After waiting for about 50 minutes in the cool night air, it was finally my turn!

​I managed to hand him my letter and cards, and he was kind enough to sign my card. Huge thanks to the fellow fans who helped me snap a photo with him! 😭😭

​💖 Life Fuel for 2026

Even though our face-to-face interaction was less than a minute and we didn't say many words, my dream is officially fulfilled. This autograph and the photo will be my "life fuel" to keep me going for the rest of the year! 🥹

​I’m so incredibly grateful that Bradley included Taipei in his tour. I was originally planning to fly to Japan just to see him, so being able to support my idol in my own country means the world to me. 🇹🇼✨

I know we’ve only met a few times in person. I know most of our connection was online. But I still thought it was real. I was there when she was spiraling, sharing late-night posts about how badly he treated her. I was there when she said she couldn’t sleep, couldn’t think straight, felt like she was losing herself. I was there when she said he made her anxious, when she broke down over the smallest signs of being ignored. And I fucking cared. She asked us questions on her private account. "Would you all hate me if I got back together with him?" "Is it okay if we kissed even though we’re technically not together?" "Do you think I’m being stupid?" We replied. We comforted her. We checked in. We gave time, empathy, and care—not because we were nosy, But because she invited us in.

Then, barely a month later, they’re back together. And now she’s saying things like: "You’re just outsiders." "Don’t have too many opinions about my decisions."

That fucking stings.

She made the choice to involve us. She opened the door, asked for our help, let us witness the whole emotional mess. Now suddenly we’re being told to shut up and stay out of it?

It’s not about whether I agree with her getting back with him. It’s the way she dismissed everything we offered her—as if our care was a nuisance. As if we were just some online followers being too loud in the comments.

Like, girl. We’re not here for your drama. We were there because we gave a shit.

I drew art for her. I bought her a plushie when I traveled because I thought of her. We chatted, shared playlists, comforted each other through DMs. Maybe I was never her “real life” friend. But she was someone I valued.

Now it just feels like I got emotionally unfollowed.

Fine. You don’t want input anymore? Then maybe don’t crowdsource your love life in the first place.

And don’t act surprised when people who actually cared… feel fucking hurt.

Tokyo trip — lace hakama at Taisho Roman-kan

Back in March, I traveled to Tokyo with my family, and one of my favorite moments was visiting Taisho Roman-kan in Asakusa.

I’ve always been drawn to the wa-yō setchū aesthetic (和洋折衷, the fusion of Japanese and Western styles), so trying out their lace hakama set was a dream come true.

Everything I wore that day was hand-picked by me — from the kimono to the lace gloves, floral hairpieces, and even the oversized ribbon.

I felt like a Taisho-era girl out on a date. (Yes, I brought my Oshi’s nui with me — wouldn’t go without him.)

Just wanted to keep this little memory here.
