I’m finding out more about the man in the US who is suing an abortion clinic, and it’s worse than I thought.

First of all, the new keeps referring to him as a teenager, even though he is in his 20s. This is important because although he was 19 when the abortion took place in early 2017, his “girlfriend” was only 16 at the time. Depending on when the sexual part of their relationship began, he may have committed statutory rape under Alabama state law. 

She is still a teenager. She’s still a high school student. She was a child when this happened.

He was a grown man when she met him. He’s still a grown man now.

He tried to coerce a child into carrying a pregnancy she didn’t want to term. When she refused and had the abortion anyway, he decided to sue. 

This is controlling and abusive behaviour from a grown man towards a literal child.

I’m gonna be real here…we really shouldn’t pay to see the Sonic movie. “Ironic” viewership isn’t really ironic because you’re still giving money directly to Paramount. There’s an old adage that bad press is still press.

The Emoji Movie is a prime example of this…so many people hated it, and yet, countless people bought a ticket and saw it in the theatre just to make their own reaction videos on Youtube, and then the movie turned a profit. If you don’t like it, don’t give it money in any way.
