UPDATE & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you all for all your understanding and patience with us during our radio silence! 🙏 We want to profoundly apologise and give an update on the project and the situation behind the scenes.

We also want to reaffirm that the project is not cancelled and we will see the fulfillment to completion🔥

An email has been sent out to all buyers with a full length update as well as information regarding address confirmation emails and shipment. 📬

If you have not received an email please contact us by sending an email to ORVPlanner @ gmail 📨

The last address confirmation emails are scheduled to go out in the next few days! An update will be posted when all the emails have gone out 📅

If by September 7th you haven't received a mail, please do reach out to us by sending an email with your order number and we will resend the email! Please read it carefully as it contains information about the shipment 📝

Shipment will officially begin at the start of October! 📦 An email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

If you for any reason need us to hold your order or you have further concerns please let us know by email no later than October 6th.

For North American orders 📦

Our original planner shipment was lost. After a long back and forth, the manu has promised to reship a new batch which is scheduled to arrive in mid October. We don't expect a huge delay in shipping as the packages will be shipped out from Canada.

All previous emails, address changes and DMs have been replied to. If we somehow missed your message please kindly email us again and we will get back to you asap.

Due to mods' personal circumstances, any posts between Sep 15 - Oct 5 are scheduled and replies will be delayed.

Again we would like to give our deepest apologies for the lack of update and thank you for your understanding and patience! For a full explanation please refer to the email update.
