Amen. I ran up this wall with my last therapist, she tried so hard to convince me the world was secretly an amazing place but I just didn't know how to look at it. It's gaslighting. I can't afford rent and was going hungry at the time, I stopped talking to a bunch of people because I learned about bad stuff they did, she said it was a matter of perspective, it's really creepy.
