No. You can fall for the idea of someone you’ve never met, if you can even call that falling. You can fall for the facade someone portrays over the internet i.e. Catfish. But none of that is real. Least of all the person Catfishing. The idea of falling for someone you’ve never met is pretty comical and absurd. And frankly, pathetic. To truly fall in love with someone not only takes words and ideas, but actions and embraces.
