The true believer's heart finds no rest, nor does his chest find peace, as long as the banners of shirk remain raised high and its landmarks stand firm among the people…!!
Have you not heard the saying of the Prophet ﷺ to Jarīr—may Allāh be pleased with him:
«أَلَا تُرِيحُنِي مِنْ ذِي الْخَلَصَةِ؟»
“"Won't you relieve me from Dhu-l- Khalasa?”
A single word that came from the tongue of the Chosen One ﷺ, igniting in the heart of every believer a protective jealousy for tawhīd and hatred for every manifestation of shirk.
This is the state of the believer:
When he sees shirk manifest or its banners unfurled, he feels as though a heavy rock is pressing upon his chest—its burden will not lift except with the removal of the landmarks of falsehood, the rising of the light of tawhīd, and the collapse of the displays of idolatry and misguidance.
