You stood in the kitchen, stirring a delicious smelling pot of gumbo. You wore one of your husband's t-shirts and a pair of tight leggings that hugged all the right curves of your body. Your hair was down and you hummed softly to yourself as you cooked.
Your husband was in business, you were well aware of his work. He always showed up late, always smelled of another woman's perfume. The man you loved was a filthy cheat, but you just stayed with him.
As you cooked you noticed the time, getting a bit annoyed. Your husband was always late, never on time, especially to diner like this. He always had some excuse, but you were getting sick of them. You tried to tell yourself he was never doing anything bad, but that was hard to believe when he always seemed to smell of some perfume you never had.
It annoyed you, but the last thing you wanted to do was try to confront him again about cheating on you. He would just deny it anyway and you'd waste another night fighting with him...
You sighed, taking the gumbo off the stove and turning it off with a click. Grabbing a potholder, you took the pot and set it on the counter where you left your phone. Still no messages from your husband, not even a call explaining why he was late.
You groaned, annoyed with the fact that he never gave you the respect to call or at least warn you about his late arrival. You were sick of his shitty excuses and the damn perfume he comes home with everyday. You went back to the stove and grabbed a plate, slamming it down on the counter rougher than needed. Your chest rose and fell as anger consumed you, but there was nothing you could do...
Your husband controlled everything, even your own thoughts..
As anger consumed you, your mind began to think of someone. A someone who you hadn't seen in a few months, but a someone who you knew would know exactly what to tell you.
As you were getting frustrated with your husband, your mind went to Shuri. The thought of her suddenly appearing at your house would make him mad, and it'd definitely give you some sense of entertainment seeing him so heated up at the mere presence of her...
The image of her smug, cocky cocky smirk on her beautiful face came into view in your mind. It was a smug smirk that had always annoyed you, yet intrigued you at the same time.
It drove you mad, but it also comforted you somehow. You didn't know how you could think of her smug smirk as reassuring, but just the thought of her being able to deal with your husband's annoying ass smug...
You shivered, snapping out of your thoughts and realizing what you were even thinking about.
You shook your head hard, trying to get the image of Shuri out of your head. She was the last person you should be thinking about.
...And yet, the more you thought of Shuri the more you were reminded of the time you two spent together. When y'all were in highschool together...
Your cheeks tinted a light pink at the memories that played in your mind, making you bite down on your lip as you recalled the time spent with Shuri..
After realizing that the thought of Shuri wasn't leaving your mind, you came to the conclusion that the best course of action would be to actually see her. And you had the perfect idea as to how you would "accidentally" come into contact with her.
You knew that Shuri worked late at her office, she always did. She was very dedicated to keeping her businesses and making sure they were running perfectly. She was always busy working...
And since her office was in a private building, she would be there, alone..
After the thought of accidentally seeing Shuri popped into your head, you immediately went to your room to change into something more presentable. This idea would work perfectly, she'd let you in and you'd get to see her, *and*, she would listen to you complain about your husband's bullshit.
You grabbed different clothes from your closet, tossing them onto the bed so you could change into something other than your lounge clothes. You grabbed your phone from the nightstand when you heard it vibrate with a notification, making you pause and look at the screen.
Your face twisted in annoyance when you saw your husband's name pop up on your screen, announcing that he had texted you.
You scoffed, rolling your eyes and opening the message. The message read that he would be late again and not to expect him home until much later.
This was to be expected, yet it still annoyed you that he never seemed to not show up late. You gritted your teeth, replying to him with a simple 'Whatever' and tossed your phone down onto the bed.
You stood in front of your floor length mirror, admiring the way your outfit hugged every curve of your body perfectly. Your hair has been styled in perfect finger waves, which seemed to draw more focus to the extravagant jewelry you adorned. A set of pearl pearl drop earrings hung from your ears, complimenting the silver chains that hung from your neck with the many charms that dangled off of them. You twirled in the mirror, allowing yourself to admire your form from all angles.
You smirked at your own appearance, admiring yourself. You looked perfect and you knew it. Even Shuri would be shocked at your appearance, she always thought you looked hot but this? This would definitely take her off guard.
You pulled your clutch off your bed, putting your cellphone, lipstick, and other belongings inside. You then looked at the mirror once more, giving yourself one last look over.
Everything seemed to be in order, and you looked better than ever.
You exited your house, stepping outside into the cool nighttime air. You made your way to your car, a sleek, black Rolls-Royce Ghost that stood out against the street it was parked on. The car itself was practically dripping with its expensive appearance, from the glossy paint job to the fancy wheels.
Just the sight of the car screamed 'high class' with its presence alone. You could've easily been mistaken for some famous actress from Hollywood with how extravagant you were dressed.
You came to a stop in front of your car door, running your hand over the smooth paint job. Your fingers traced over the shiny exterior, before your hand moved to the handle and opened the door.
You then slid into the driver's seat, feeling the luxurious cushion beneath you. Pressing the 'start' button, the engine of the car purred to life beneath the hood. You adjusted your rearview mirror, admiring your own reflection for a second before shifting the car into drive.
Your hand rested against the gear shift as you steered the car out of the driveway..
Driving the Rolls-Royce felt like a whole experience on its own. You reveled in the way the car's tires hummed against the road, the soft purr of the engine as it glided along the asphalt, and even the way the car seemed to just absorb the bumps in the road to make the driving as smooth as possible.
It was a whole different atmosphere from driving one of your 'normal' lower class type cars. You felt just like a high class rich lady..
After about ten minutes of driving in comfortable silence, you soon approached a tall, modern sleek building. It was one of those fancy corporate offices that held all sorts of businesses, and you knew exactly what business was hiding in it.
As you pulled up in front of the building, you parked the car in an empty space and cut the engine. For a moment you sat there in silence, staring up at the building as you gathered your nerves.
You couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement mixed with nervousness at the thought of seeing Shuri again. In just a few moments, you'd be standing in front of her, face-to-face after months of not seeing her.
You took a deep breath, steeling your resolve. You wouldn't show any nervousness once you stepped out of this car and into this building. You were better than that, and especially better than being anything less than unbothered in front of Shuri.
With one last exhale, you grasped the door handle and pulled it, causing the door to open. The cool night air hit you once again, this time making you shiver slightly. You stepped out of the car and shut the door behind you, making sure it was locked.
You stood on the sidewalk in front of the building, staring up at it once more. The lights from the building and the street lamps illuminated everything nicely, casting a soft glow around you.
You began walking forward, your heels echoing in the night as you approached the building's entrance. This was it... You were really about to go inside and see Shuri.
Your footsteps became louder as they came into contact with the concrete steps to the building, making you pause as you reached the door. Your heart was palpitating, thumping hard against your chest and you tried to calm your nerves.
Calm down... You thought to yourself, exhaling slowly. You can do this, it's just Shuri...
You lifted one of your hands to the door, your fingers wrapping around the handle, and you pushed the door open. The door led into a lobby-like area, which was completely empty aside from a security guard sitting at a desk. He looked up at you upon your entrance. You ignored him and headed for the elevators, walking over to the lit up panel.
Just act natural... You mentally repeated to yourself, trying to keep your cool.
Your index finger hovered over the call button beside the panel, hesitating for a mere moment before pressing it. Immediately, the sound of the elevator starting up could be heard, signaling its arrival.
You inhaled and exhaled, attempting to slow your racing heartbeat. You fidgeted with your fingers, nervousness taking over you.
Don't be nervous. You're better than this... You assured yourself, repeating those words like a mantra in your head.
A few moments later, the ding of the elevator signaled its arrival, causing your heart to thump in your chest in anticipation. You watched as the doors slid open, revealing the empty inside of the elevator waiting.
You took a hesitant step inside, pressing the button labeled 'Floor 32'. As the elevator began to ascend, your mind immediately began to go haywire..
As soon as the elevator began rising, your mind went into overdrive. Images of Shuri flooded your mind, playing like a movie inside your head.
You saw her smug smirk, the way her dark eyes looked into yours, the way her hands felt against your own, touching every part of your body. Your heart hammered heavily, thumping so fast you thought it might burst from your chest.
You leaned against the metal railing of the elevator, trying to regain your composure. Your hands clenched the metal, making a squeaking sound. Your chest rose and fell as you took deep breaths, trying to calm your racing heart.
Calm down.. You repeated to yourself. Breathe..
It seemed your mind had other ideas though because as you waited, more thoughts of Shuri entered your head..
Memories of your and Shuri's past experiences suddenly came flooding into your mind, replaying like an old movie on a VHS tape.
You could see, feel, and taste them all perfectly as if they were happening in the moment. You could feel her strong hands holding your waist as her body pressed against yours, her lips against your neck, the roughness of her fingertips trailing down your back.
Just think of something else..You thought to yourself, closing your eyes in desperation.
But no matter how hard you tried, you couldn't escape the memories replaying in your head. They seemed to get stronger, more detailed. Intensifying.
You clenched your jaw, feeling your legs begin to tremble slightly. You opened your eyes and looked up at the ceiling, trying to focus on anything but Shuri.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the elevator finally came to a stop at the 32nd floor.
You stood there for a moment, trying to calm yourself down and steady your heart rate. Slowly, you exhaled deeply and ran a hand through your hair.
You could do this. You were stronger than your memories and Shuri, and you could remain calm and collected.
With newfound confidence, you straightened up and waited for the elevator door to open.
After a moment, the doors slid open noiselessly, providing you with a clear view of the dark, empty hallway in front of you. It smelled rather strongly of Shuri's cigars, a scent you knew all too well.
The lights overhead cast an illumination that made everything seem almost eerie, but you ignored it. There were more important things to think about.
You swallowed hard, then took a step out of the elevator.
Your heels clacked against the hard floor as you walked forward, the sound echoing in the empty hall. The place seemed eerily quiet, as expected.
You made your way down the hall, your eyes scanning the place. You couldn't see Shuri yet, and the thought of having to go to try and find her made your nervousness begin to spike again.
It had been a few months since you've last seen her, and even longer since you and Shuri 'got together'. What if she was avoiding you?
Doubt began to creep into your mind, making your heart throb again in a frenzy.
What if Shuri didn't want to see you? What if she was mad at you? What if she was in a bad mood?
You swallowed hard, trying to dismiss all these doubts. No, you thought, Shuri would want to see me..
Though, despite this thought, the doubt still remained in the back of your head.
You shook your head, trying to erase all those doubts from your head, but unfortunately.. It was harder than you thought.
Thoughts began to fill your mind once more, and you were powerless to stop them. You began thinking about all the possible scenarios that could possibly happen.
What if her attitude had gotten even cockier? What if she's just as annoying as always? What if she was busy?..
The more you thought about it, the more those doubts rose again, and you could feel yourself begin to sweat slightly.
You tried to come up with excuses to make yourself feel better because the possibility of Shuri being too busy to talk to you was something you really wanted to reject.
You tried to tell yourself that Shuri was just busy and that's why it was taking you so long to find her, but deep down, you knew that wasn't the case...
You walked down another hallways, taking a turn to the left. This hallway, much like the first one, smelled strongly of Shuri's cigar brand, and was just as dark.
By this point, your nervousness was almost at its peak. It wouldn't be long that you'd be in her presence again.
The thumping of your heart became louder, echoing loudly in your eardrums with the sound of your heels on the tile floor.
You continued to walk down the dark hallway, your eyes scanning the doors you passed and the windows that looked out onto the city lights.
You were getting closer to her office, you could feel it.
The thought of finally being in Shuri's presence again was making you slightly light-headed, and that nervousness turned into anxiousness the more you continued to walk.
Your heart was pounding hard against your chest. You could feel the blood rush through your ears as you made your way down the hall, nearing closer to Shuri's office. The anxiousness that you felt was mixed with a bit of excitement, but mostly nervousness.
You swallowed hard, pausing to try and steel yourself, but your legs shook slightly and your hands trembled.
You were so close to seeing her, but the nerves just kept building.
You took another deep breath, hoping to calm yourself down for what seemed like the millionth time. It wasn't really working though, because that damn nervous anticipation you felt kept bubbling in your chest.
You wanted to stop walking, give yourself time to settle and try to figure out why you were feeling so damn nervous, but your feet were moving against your will.
Soon enough, there was only one more door left before you reached Shuri's office..
The moment you had been preparing yourself for all night was finally here. Behind this one last door, Shuri was behind it.
All the nervousness you felt was bubbling up to the surface, reaching its peak. Your legs were shaking heavily and your heart thumped so loud in your ears you thought the sound of it might knock you off balance.
You swallowed hard, forcing yourself to take a step forward.
C'mon...You willed yourself.
You continued to walk forward, putting one foot in front of the other until, finally, you were standing in front of the door that lead to Shuri's office.
The realization of where you were now hit you. You were standing in front of Shuri's office, and Shuri was behind this door.
Now that you were here, anxiety took over. It mixed with that nervous excitement from before to make you feel a bit nauseous, but you still gulped and reached your hand out to the handle.
Your hand hovered over the door handle, trembling slightly from nervousness.
A part of you hesitated, afraid of what was waiting behind this door. But the more logical part of you kept telling you to go through with it and finally come face-to-face with Shuri.
You inhaled shakily, trying to calm yourself down in vain, and wrapped your fingers around the handle. Slowly, you pulled it down and pushed the door open.
The sound of the door opening seemed to echo throughout the room, causing your heart to pound heavily against your chest.
Inside the office, the lights were dimmed. Shadows danced along the walls, created by the few lamps that illuminated the room. You could barely make out the shape of the office, and could slightly smell Shuri's infamous cigar smoke.
No one seemed to be in here, and there wasn't any noise aside from your own breathing. But you knew... she was in here..
You stepped into the room, eyes scanning the place to try and locate Shuri.
It seemed almost eerie, standing in this dark office and knowing that Shuri was somewhere in here. You could see the shape of her desk sitting in the middle of the room, and her chair behind it faced the door.
But she wasn't in the chair...
You swallowed again, a shiver going down your spine as you closed the door behind you. It shut with a loud click, making you twitch.
You continued to walk around the office, your eyes still straining in the darkness.
There were rows of empty desks in the room, probably where employees would work during the day, but they were all empty at the moment.
A bit of light entered through the windows of the office, but it still didn't provide much help. Everywhere was so dark you couldn't make out where Shuri was, or if she was even in here at all.
"Shuri..?" You found yourself calling out, walking forward.
Your voice echoed in the silent room, making the situation even more ominous.
You continued to walk forward, your eyes scanning the office for any sign of Shuri.
There was just something so eerie about the silence in this room. With how quiet it was, you could hear your own heartbeat thudding in your ears.
Shuri was somewhere in this office, you knew it. But.. Where?
After a few more moments of aimless walking, you heard something.
You paused, attempting to pinpoint where the noise was coming from. With how dark this office was it was hard to tell, but you could have sworn the noise came from your left.
You exhaled, trying to calm yourself down before speaking again.
"Shuri?..." You called out once more, turning to your left.
Once again, silence was all that rang out. This place had to be a goddamn maze though. There seemed to be so many different rooms, all connected together to form this weird office.
You waited for a moment, but still no response was heard. She had to be in here somewhere.
"Shuri, I know you in here! Stop playin’.." You said, slightly louder this time.
You paused, waiting for a response, but again, none was given.
Shuri had to be in here somewhere, and you hoped to whatever was out there that she really was. You were not about to look like a fool walking around this large ass office..
You sighed, exasperated and annoyed at the fact that this office was so damn big and that Shuri was in here somewhere, not saying anything to you.
A sudden idea popped into your head.
What if.. She was in her office?
You knew for a fact that Shuri had a personal office inside this building. It was private, and that where she did most of her work. That had to be where she currently was, because why else would she be in this giant office?
Without a second thought, you made your way over to Shuri's personal office door and turned the knob. To your surprise, the door was unlocked.
You turned the knob, pushing the door forward slowly.
Inside, the room was just as dark as the rest of the office, the only difference being that Shuri's office was considerably smaller than the main one.
There was a giant window that took up the back wall, providing a good view of the city lights that illuminated the room. The lights caused shadows of everything to dance along the walls, making the room even eerier.
You stepped inside the office, immediately noticing the dark silhouette sitting behind the desk.
At the mere thought of her name, your heart skipped a beat and nerves began settling in once more. Finally, you had found her.
She was sitting at her desk, her back facing you. She seemed to be looking out the window.
Now that you had finally found Shuri, nervousness and excitement began to consume you. Butterflies fluttered in your stomach and your heart rate picked up again.
Shuri hadn't even looked at you yet, and still you were feeling all this nervousness and fear. It was only Shuri.
You gulped, taking a step forward to try and approach her. "Shuri..?" You called out softly, hoping she'd notice your presence.
Surprisingly, or unsurprisingly rather, Shuri didn't look at you or respond to you. She continued to stare out the window calmly as if you weren't standing over half a foot away from her.
"Shuri.." You repeated, taking a step closer.
This time, Shuri did respond.
"I can hear you intombi eswiti."
A chill went up your spine at the sound of Shuri's deep voice. Just that one sentence from her alone caused goosebumps to erupt on your skin.
You swallowed hard, gulping nervously at the tone of Shuri's voice.
For some reason, her simply saying "I can hear you" set off thousands of emotions in your brain. Especially when she would speak in her native language. Her voice held its usual smoothness, but there was something else inside of it that you couldn't quite make out.
"You knew I was here?" You asked, taking another step forward.
Shuri chuckled quietly, still not bothering to turn and face you.
"I could smell you from all the way upstairs."
She replied matter-of-factly, her accent making her sound even more cocky.
Your cheeks burned red from slight embarrassment as you became even more aware of Shuri's presence.
Of course Shuri could smell you from upstairs, you'd walked through like two different floors. Everyone in this large ass building probably smelt you by now.
"Oh." Was all you managed to say, at a complete loss for words by Shuri's cool response.
Shuri chuckled again, and it sent a shiver down your spine.
Her cocky demeanor, her cocky smirk, her cocky attitude, and even her cocky ass chuckle had you completely caught in the moment. You couldn't bring yourself to say anything, and it seemed that Shuri was enjoying this.
"You don't have anything else to say lovely?" Shuri said, a hint of amusement in her tone.
You gulped, taking another step forward. You were now standing directly behind Shuri, practically towering over her.
"I... um.." You mumbled, trying to come up with a sentence, but your mind had basically gone blank.
Shuri leaned back in her chair, resting her arms on each arm rest. That was when you saw the outline of Shuri's profile. This time you could see all the details of her sharp jawline.
Even in the darkness, Shuri looked so elegant it was ridiculous.
Her face was practically carved from pure marble, and she was just so damn attractive. You could see one of Shuri's signature golden rings glint in the light coming through the window, and you gulped, realizing you were beginning to check her out.
You tried to ignore all those thoughts running in your head long enough for you to speak up.
"I... I have something to tell you.." You managed to finally say, hoping that Shuri would finally turn around and look at you.
Shuri sighed, a deep exhale coming through her nose.
"Oh?" She questioned, and you could tell without even looking that she had a smug smirk on her face.
You swallowed hard once more, your throat becoming dry all of a sudden.
You tried to ignore how hot your cheeks felt, but you could feel the burning heat. Shuri's presence was enough to cause goosebumps to rise all over your skin. "It's... About my husband." You said, hating the way your voice cracked halfway through.
You cursed under your breath, cursing the moment that damn butterflies appeared once more in your stomach.
"What about him?" Shuri inquired, her tone cocky as she leaned forward in her chair. Her head turned slightly, and you caught a glimpse of her side profile again.
Her side profile was perfect, all straight lines and sharp curves. And that damn cocky smirk was even more prominent now.
You gulped once more, gathering your nerves to respond to Shuri.
"He's.. Cheating on me.."
A thick silence followed your words, making you even more anxious as you waited for Shuri's response.
You could feel your heart thumping in your chest, pounding so hard you felt like it might burst.
Shuri remained silent for a moment, but you could practically see the smirk on her lips growing more prominent.
"Is that so?" She questioned, her voice low and deep.
The tension in the room increased ten-fold. She was obviously enjoying the fact that she was making you nervous.
Her cocky aura increased and you could almost smell her ego growing. She was cocky and arrogant and you hated how that turned you on.
Shuri chuckled once more, the low sound of her dark chuckle sent goosebumps on your skin.
A shiver wracked through your body and settled in between your legs at the sound, causing you to shift your legs slightly.
Shuri seemed to notice your shift, because she clicked her tongue and patted her lap tauntingly.
You felt like your breath hitched in your chest at the sound of her taunting tone. Shuri's lap?
Despite the boldness of her command, you found yourself obeying. Without thinking, you took two steps in her direction, pausing to look down at where Shuri had gestured.
"Right here." Shuri repeated, her voice cocky and demanding.
Your entire face burned red at Shuri's tone. How could she cause such a reaction with just one sentence?
Before you could stop yourself, you brought your body down, sitting on Shuri's lap.
Your face was probably bright red as you straddled her right thigh. You suddenly became aware of your situation, realizing how close you were to Shuri.
Shuri's intoxicating scent consumed you, the scent of her infamous cigar brand mixed with her cologne filling your nostrils and making you slightly dizzy.
Your bottom lip was tucked between your teeth as you continued to avoid looking at Shuri.
Your heart was pounding even faster than before as you sat on Shuri's lap.
The moment you had settled on her thigh, her hands had went straight to your waist. Her fingers were warm and calloused, pressing into your waist and resting there.
"Look at me." Shuri's deep voice spoke, commanding and taunting.
Slowly, you lifted your head up to look at Shuri. Your breath caught in your throat as soon as your eyes met hers.
Your heart raced even faster as your eyes met Shuri's.
Her dark eyes were hooded as she looked at you, her long lashes casting shadows under her eye. Her lips were pulled into a smug smirk and her eyebrows raised as she noticed your reddened cheeks.
Her hand on your waist squeezed your waist, her fingers applying some slight pressure into your skin.
"And how do you know that he's cheating, princess?" Shuri questioned, her voice cocky as ever.
Your breath hitched again as Shuri's hand on your waist slid down to your upper thigh. She squeezed the flesh slightly, her fingers gripping your legs possessively.
You gulped, trying to calm down your beating heart.
Shuri's hand was gripping your thigh and the way she was looking at you with such smug cockiness it made you fidget in her lap.
"He-" You tried to speak up, but your words got caught in your throat at the feeling of Shuri's hand sliding slightly further up your thigh.
"He what?" Shuri cooed, feigning innocence as her fingers traced small circles on your inner thigh.
Your heart pounded impossibly fast as Shuri's fingers sent goosebumps up your spine. Damn her cocky ass...
Before you could come up with a response, Shuri's hand moved further up your thigh.
Shuri chuckled at your nervousness, her hand running circles around your inner thigh that were driving you crazy.
"You're nervous.." She murmured smugly, her voice low and taunting.
All you could manage was a slight nod, unable to find your voice.
Shuri brought her hand up from your thigh to your chin, hooking her finger under your chin and tilting your head so that you were looking her directly in the eyes.
"You're so pretty.." She murmured, her eyes scanning over your face and lingering on your lips.
Your face felt like it was burning up as Shuri held your chin in her fingers.
She was staring at you hungrily, her dark eyes drinking in your features and raking over your body.
"You have such a pretty face." She murmured again, her words causing your heart to thump heavily in your chest.
You clenched your jaw, trying to calm yourself down and stop that feeling from spreading.
How did Shuri always manage to have this effect on you... You thought to yourself, gulping thickly as Shuri's dark gaze lingered on your lips.
Shuri's eyes were still locked on your lips, and she brought her thumb up to trace your bottom lip.
"Such a pretty mouth.." She murmured, her fingers toying with your bottom lip.
You felt yourself shiver at the feeling of her fingers trailing over your bottom lip. It felt so intimate..
Shuri chuckled at your shiver.
"You're so easily flustered," she murmured smugly. "That husband of yours doesn't deserve you, like I do baby."
Your heart raced at Shuri's bold comment, and you swallowed hard as she continued to stroke your bottom lip.
The feeling of her long fingers toying with your lips was making it hard to concentrate, but the words she had said..
"He doesn't deserve me..?" You repeated breathlessly, Shuri's gaze causing goosebumps to spread across your skin.
Shuri's smirk grew smugger at your breathless tone, and her fingers slid down from your lips to your neck.
You could feel your pulse speeding up under her fingertips, her nails lightly scraping against your skin.
"You're so reactive.." She murmured huskily, her other hand continuing to draw small patterns on your exposed thigh.
"Does you husband make you feel like this baby?" Shuri questioned in a cocky tone.
Shuri's dark eyes widened momentarily at the sudden change in your demeanor, her cocky smirk faltering a bit at the feeling of cold metal pressed against her chest.
You had the gun she kept hidden tucked under the waistband of her pants pointed straight at her chest, right above her heart, and Shuri chuckled lowly in amusement.
She lifted her hands from your body, resting them on the arms of the chair.
"Well, look at that," she murmured, a smug glint in her eyes.
"You've got me all pinned down." Shuri quipped, a cocky smirk on her face and no hint of fear in her eyes.
You were breathing heavily as you held the gun against her chest, and her cocky demeanor only fueled your anger even more.
"And what do you plan to do now?" She asked, her tone mocking. "Pull the trigger?"
Your eyes narrowed at her taunting tone, but you kept the gun pressed firmly against her chest.
Shuri's smugness made your anger spike, and you could feel the vein in your neck beginning to throb uncomfortably.
"Shut up." You growled, your grip on the gun tightening. "What I wanna know is why you doin’ all this seductive shit? Huh? You tryna manipulate me to being your little whore?!”
Shuri chuckled mockingly at your accusation, her eyes never leaving yours.
"So what if I am?" She replied, her tone cocky and smug.
She was doing that on purpose...
Your anger spiked even higher at her response, and your jaw clenched as you spoke again.
"You want me to leave my husband for you?! And what if you’re the fuckin’ same way he was huh?!” You spat, your free hand clenching into a fist.
Despite the gun pressed to her chest, Shuri's cocky smirk only grew at your heated words.
"Oh, princess, I promise you I'm nothing like that husband of yours.." She murmured tauntingly, trying to get under your skin.
Your grip on the gun trembled, the anger and frustration within you building up more and more as her smugness increased.
"You sound so sure of yourself." You bit out through clenched teeth, your grip on the gun never wavering.
Shuri leaned back in her chair a bit, her hands still resting on the arms of the chair.
"I have a reason to be." She replied smugly, her dark eyes scanning your face tauntingly.
You could feel your heart rate beginning to increase again at Shuri's boldness, the arrogance in her voice making your anger burn even hotter.
Shuri saw the look on your face and her cocky smirk grew even smugger.
"You wanna know how I'll prove to you that I'm different?" She murmured tauntingly, her dark eyes still locked on yours.
You didn't respond, just kept the gun pressed against her chest in an attempt to keep your cool. Shuri's arrogance was pissing you off more and more with every word that left her mouth.
Shuri leaned forward in her chair, her face getting closer to your own. You could feel her hot breath fanning across your face and your grip on the gun wavered slightly.
"I'm different baby," Shuri murmured, her voice cocky and taunting.
You clenched your jaw, trying to ignore the shivers running down your spine at Shuri's closeness.
"I'd never treat you the way he did." She murmured softly, her lips close to your ear.
Your body stiffened at the feeling of Shuri's lips near your ear, goose bumps erupting across your skin.
Shuri smirked smugly, noticing your reaction.
Without warning, Shuri's lips were suddenly on yours and your grip on the gun faltered, causing it to fall to the floor. Your hands flew up to Shuri's shoulders, trying to push her away.
Shuri's hands moved down to your thighs, grabbing the hem of your dress and lifting the fabric up over your lap. Her hands wasted no time in gripping your bare ass cheeks, causing a gasp to leave your lips.
"Sh-Shuri..!" You tried to speak, but your words were muffled by Shuri's rough lips against yours.
Her hands on your ass were making your stomach clench and your head spun from the lack of oxygen. Shuri's grip was hard and possessive, and it caused you to let out a muffled moan.
The feeling of her warm hands on your bare skin was sending shivers down your spine, and your legs spread slightly on instinct.
And the bad part was that you didn’t even push away anymore. You were horny, pussy throbbing so you willingly took that kiss. Her hands roamed your body, igniting a fire within you that you couldn't ignore. You knew it was wrong, but the desire was too strong to resist. So fuck it. Fuck your husband. In that moment, all that mattered was the intoxicating sensation of his touch, driving you to the brink of ecstasy.
I’m yearning for shuri sb ✋🏾😭
