With blows that do not connect, swords that nearly miss, this duel has almost turned into a dance. A performance, one meant to entertain, not for what it needs to be.

Tenjiro was known to be the fastest soul reaper alive -- none and barely any could and ever were able to keep up with him , at best the second fastest man would be Oetsu . his speed were something beyond human comprehension . but Tenjiro was no show-off . he does not announce his title that has been given to him with pride , he knows to show it to the poor eyes that .. well , frankly can't even see through him . this was now becoming something of a show on those human's TV . this fight must needs to end fast -- that kid was placed upon under his care . he cannot let him get loose .. Oetsu's rambling and complaints were like a man-child . he does not want to hear that right now -- however , he would have let the kid go if it wasn't that .. it was impossible to get down there without any injuries , and especially without the guard of another squad zero .

and yet . here the blonde one was . right below him .

as his sword was missed thorough and gone to cut off only a few strands of hair , he saw lights reflecting off the strand . he saw the attack from below . within seconds he lets go off the blade to move higher up on the sheath before he raises up just as Jugram did , jumping up to avoid any further attacks from him and swinging his blade to the back . aiming to attack down low right onto him . he could handle a few injuries , it was fine . he could use his hotspring water to mend the injuries and pain later -

but now was not the time to be healing , this was a battle .

WHY COULDN'T HAVE THAT KID JUST STAYED ?! HE KNEW KIDS MAKE STUPID DECISION - BUT THIS WAS FAR BEYOND STUPIDITY !

taking care of kids doesn't seemed so hard until you have to take care of one yourself , he supposed - but this fight has to now end . or else that kid will die a more painful death -- is either he's gonna die from falling from great height , or he'll die by the enemy's hands . for now , Tenjiro hopes the blood loss is gonna make the kid loses it a little and .. most likely will make them faint . that would be the best possible outcome at the moment --

it sounds cruel , yes . but it's the only thing Tenjiro is betting on and hoping to happen . it's the only way for him to really get in touch and contact with the kid to properly heal him . he needs to be quick , however .

if the kid loses too much blood , he'll die . he needs to lose just the great right amount of blood to pass out from it -- but if he let the kid loses blood continuously it will end in death -

this was * LIFE or * DEATH .

If this were anyone else, Isshin would've sent him across the room with one of his special kicks, throwing salt water into his eyes and calling him an 'evil spirit' for having such a diobolical opinion.

However, this is not just 'anyone else', so Isshin cannot do as such; when there's the clapping of Oetsu's hands onto Isshin's face, he doesn't react- only blinking to the sudden gesture, as well as the slight stinging coming from the action.

"'Shitty doo-doo'?" He echoes, "Now that's just insulting. Calling the best flavor in the entire world 'shitty' doo-doo is something only the most depraved person in the world could say! Vanilla is simply the better flavor, and you've gotta accept that!" His voice starts to raise, equalling the passion he feels for this (rather silly) topic at hand. "Who cares if vanilla is the original flavor? I don't have to like the original, nobody has to. Like- y'know some remixes? They're better than the original, the same goes for ice cream flavors. Honestly, what is wrong with Oetsu? Isshin knows he's got a few screws loose in his head, but c'mon, this is too much! Saying that vanilla's the best ice cream flavor over chocolate- disgusting! He can't believe his ears right now.

Oetsu loves music , you know ? someone must report to the police if any Oetsu were to ever say ' oh no , I do not like music ! ' because his identity would have been stolen ! Oetsu loves music with his life ! pop , rock , rap , ya name it ! he loves pretty much all sorts all genres of every music that all the music has to offer ! it was not like him to not like some rocking melody or a lullabies for sleeps or relaxing songs to put you to ease !

HOWEVER * here comes exception .. perhaps the only sort of melody and music that he'll NEVER EVER LIKE ! the sounds of OTHER'S VOICES DISAGREEING WITH HIM . and right now , the voice that was coming out of Isshin's mouth and throat , spilling out shit like the color of the flavor of the ice cream he so loves very dearly ! they're arguing about this like their lives depends on it -- Oetsu loves a good debate too alongside music .. but it seems more like he's just outright solely arguing without any purpose because he thinks he's the only rightest one -

Isshin's voice right now sounds like a nail to a blackboard ! like someone scratching their nail against the whiteboard making the most eerie annoying sound -- it should be quite universally agreed upon that everyone * HATES that sort of noises ! it was not AT ALL stimulating to the brain of his and others ! you must be quite a sociopathic person or some form of psychopath to love those noises ! MMH-MMH !

Masaharu’s no kid.

Despite looking older than they are, he is twenty-three years old, much past the age of adulthood and in the stage where somebody should be taking care of themselves without any help from other people.

It’s what he’s been doing for ten years, ever since he inherited the title of the Kasugai Crow Caretaker. He knows how to think for himself, take care of himself, as well as defend himself.

"'In your way'?" Masaharu echoes, clenching his Wakizaki a bit tighter. Blood coats the weapon- demon blood, the liquid also painting their body. It dyes on their skin, their kimono, their bandages- seeping through the cloth, staining their injured eye, the organ irritated by the liquid touching it. He can smell it, the sickening stench of iron; he can practically taste it, with how much it invades his nose.

I'll need a thorough shower after this.

"We're surrounded. I can't get out of your way unless I decide to walk right into one of their mouths and get eaten."

Is this guy a Slayer?

Probably not. He's not wearing anything close to the uniform.

That makes the situation more complicated, then.

God dammit. If he's not a slayer, then he doesn't know how to kill the demons; if he wants to go hack and slash at them, the demons will know he's not a threat, and then they'll kill him. Masaharu's not in the mood to see a dead body today.

what a bloody mess this guy looks to be . had he just gone through a blood shower or something ? killed somebody ? a murderer of some sort ?

as far as he's aware , usually humans like him don't resort to using katana for fighting , even though that is one of the best weaponwith its sharpness being known everywhere across the globe -- but in order to use it properly , you need skills and patience and the right amount of time and focus . he'll applaud him for that , but what he's not gonna applaud him for is that he's refusing to get out of his way ! even worse , what is this guy ? an old head or something ? [ you're one to talk , Tenjiro .. ]

stabbing his yumomi | 湯もみ into the ground with harsh manner .. should he let this human takes care of these dangerous fuckers ? ugh .. but he worries too much over other people's well beings [ that's one of his flaw ] . despite his such rude attitude , he was no one for such rudeness .

well , he could do as support unit behind him too .. pretty sure he can still create a wave of healing hotspring water around here . its healing properties should be well fitting enough for a fighter like him . he'd love to fight but they're in quite a clash .. if he ended up slashing or smacking him away - this entire situation could go fully bad and he'll definitely get it from Manako Osho . he's not looking forward to that today just like how he isn't looking forward to seeing another dead body .
