𝕻𝖊𝖆𝖈𝖊 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝕾𝖊𝖗𝖊𝖓𝖎𝖙𝖞 𝕾𝖕𝖊𝖑𝖑

When you feel like there is too much on your plate, you are tired, and something is weighing you down, use this spell to clear your mind and find your centre.

Find a quiet space and meditate for a few minutes. When you feel more grounded, say:

I have the courage to change what I must.

I proceed with perfect love and perfect trust.

I now give to the all-knowing Universe

That which stresses, hurts me, or worse.

I call to me peace and serenity

And release what no longer serves me.

Notice how you feel and notice what thoughts come up. Perhaps something might start to feel out of place, like a task on your to-do list that doesn't serve you.

𝓔𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓽 𝓣𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓼 𝓗𝓮𝓻𝓫𝓪𝓵 𝓣𝓮𝓪

The Eight Treasures Tea (八宝茶) is a traditional Chinese tea blend that is both fragrant and sweet. It also has healing properties, such as helping with breathing and blood circulation, boosting energy levels, and hydrating the skin. Spiritually, it nurtures the yin, helping the body relax and balance out energies. Perfect for menstruation and sickness recovery, but can be consumed regularly as well.

𝓘𝓷𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼:

Green tea

Dried Chrysanthemums

Dried Red Dates

Rock Sugar

Dried Raisins

Dried Goji Berries (Wolfberries)

Dried Lon Gans

Dried Rosebuds

𝓟𝓻𝓮𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷:

Combine your desired amount of ingredients in a big cup or teapot and let it steep for 10–15 minutes. As the ingredients steep, the flavour of the tea will become more and more rich.

𝒮𝓊𝒷𝓈𝓉𝒾𝓉𝓊𝓉𝑒𝓈:

You can reduce or remove sugar if needed. You can use jasmine or chamomile tea instead. Dried orange, ginseng, sesame seeds, dried apples, and walnuts are among the ingredients that can be added or used as substitutes. It is not mandatory to use all eight ingredients, either.

Stir your tea clockwise and repeat the following:

When legal matters are a problem, or you feel you've been wrong in some way, invoke Hecate, the Goddess of Justice, by chanting:

This is my digital grimoire, where I collect recipes, spells, rituals, and all kinds of witchy information. Despite my love for paper, I decided to create a blog so that I could access my grimoire no matter where I am, and because reducing paper usage helps Mother Nature.

My goal is to make my practice as sustainable as possible. That is, using fewer materials, or sourcing them ethically whenever possible. I am also exploring thrifting, upcycling and buying second-hand stuff for my craft.

Most of the information in this grimoire is not owned by me, as I have most likely found it in books, the wider internet, or on Pinterest. This is a collection of spells and knowledge that I use in my craft.
