Here it is the description of my deal with Pasha Pasha.
I ask you about help and advice. What should I do? There are other people who have the same problems with this company.

Pasha Pasha New York is the company which creates ball jointed dolls (bjd) and accessories for them.
I ordered a bjd on April, 27,2019 at this company.
April, 27, 2019 I paid the first part of the layaway (Attachment #1). On the 8th of September, 2019 I paid full price for the item (Attachment #2).
September,18, 2019 I got a message from the company (Attachment #3). The company had got defective details and were going to change them. In this way the item was making more than 6 months.
They had sent the parcel to me December, 7, 2019.
But my parcel was lost for the first time. After this trouble this seller was asking for paying 110$ for a new item (Attachment #4). 110$ for casting a new doll and delivery.
Finally I got my first parcel in February 2020 after lots of requests to the post office. The bjd was broken: its calfs were in chips.
Firstly, I thought that it was because of the delivery. But recently I found out that other buyers also faced the same problem. The reason of chips were the defective calfs. (Attachment #5)
After this I paid more for new details, though it was the company's (Pasha Pasha) responsibility. The company Pasha Pasha offered me new details for stretching the time. In this way with their new rules I will loose terms for return.
I paid 70$ for new details and got them on May,8, 2020.
On the 15th of June 2020 I found out that new details are flawed too.(Attachment #6) I also found some people who have defective new details as I am.
I asked the company to compensate the cost of defective bjd and calfs with a sending the item back to the seller. I have got back only 70$ for defective new details. (Attachment #7) Pasha Pasha company have refused compensate the cost of doll as it breaks the return / replacement / international shipping policies (Attachment #8)
But when I had bought a bjd there were no policies. Pasha Pasha company have added this policies only in May 2020 when other consumers have began to ask for refunds because of the flawed dolls. In 2019 there were no return policies at all. This policies do not cover pre-orders that were made earlier.
Finally I have a flawed doll, the company refuses to make a refund.
I ask for my 100% refund and sending the doll back to seller.
Rules which this seller is referring to appeared only after my pre-order.
On the 22nd of June, 2020 I got new email by Pasha Pasha New York. (Attachment #9)
I want to ask your opinion.
The company asked to return doll (I should pay for shipping the USA) and after this I will get 75% refund. In fact I will lost 25% of the doll’s full price (900$), 225$.
I am afraid that as soon as I’ll return this doll to Pasha Setrova, this company will not make any refund for me. How can I steer clear from cheating?
