what an intoxicating battle!

- corbeau’s kansai accent comes out a bit stronger during moments of high emotion

- this was a private battle that corbeau arranged to test emmet’s capabilities before hiring him; no one else was there to watch it

- corbeau loves battling but rarely has the opportunity to go all out, what with his high position in the syndicate; once emmet joins, emmet asks him to battle near daily

this dialogue was lifted directly from the game when emmet wins against the protagonist when battling him on the super double train line! these are some of my favorite lines from the game -> “and win against you again” SKSKS I love how he challenges you to meet him again; he knows you want to battle and win just as much as he does!

When Corbeau and Philippe were younger and starting to become friends, Corbeau learned Philippe was colourblind and decided to lie to him for the memes. Corbeau's since forgotten but Philippe hasn't.

- corbeau constantly tries to control his facial expressions when battling, trying to keep a professional appearance

- corbeau battles emmet twice a day: their session in the morning and in the late evening; recently, if he misses his daily battles, he gets easily irritable

- he controls his volume well, but corbeau’s voice can get very loud if he wants it to

- when corbeau and emmet do their battle sessions, they are usually alone; interrupting these sessions is extremely unwise and leaves corbeau in a foul mood

- the longest they’ve ever battled for was for 2 hours straight

- corbeau rarely laughs out loud; you usually have to catch him off guard to hear one

Absolutely obsessed with the mermic AU. Do other mermaid hunters ever come around after the first ones are scared off? Like, if word got around that they almost got one, would others want to test their luck and go looking? Aizawa's gotta return to telling people to get the fuck out of his waters while also being extra uneasy about the thought of Mic (or Midnight) getting killed, especially with how frequently Mic comes by to visit. You said "#since Hizashi went back to the ocean Aizawa gets recurring nightmares about him being caught or killed by hunters#he can pretend he doesnt care but he would be devastated if anything happened to Hizashi or Nemuri" in one post, and it gave me brainworms the entire time I kept scrolling through
