Am I in the Wrong?

so im playing a dresden files type fate system campaign more or less against my will to begin with.  but thats not the problem.  the rest of these guys are older (like 55-60) and one of them just stopped showing up because i elected to keep a ghoul as a house guard.  im a good character and i make solidly good choices all around, but because his character is a white court wizard, he decided to stop showing up instead of talking to me about it so i could fix it outside of game like a responsible human being.  my fault?  opinons? i kinda want to be all pissy about it because i hate childish about it.
