I don't get what's wrong with empty blogs?

Empty blogs are disliked for, from my knowledge, 2 reasons.

1: they're usually seen as bots. Tumblr has a bad bot problem (usually for porn), so empty blogs with no decor or posts are seen as bots immediately and often blocked. Sometimes they might actually have stuff in their likes, but that brings me down to the next reason.

2: empty blogs = silent readers. If I can see their Likes and it's full of posts, but no reblogs, it's an obvious sign that person is not going to ever reblog content. Y'all need to know that Likes don't do anything to get creators work seen. Likes are NICE, but reblogs are significantly better for circulation, plus you can leave a nice comment in the tag (commenting on the post itself in the notes is also nice; reblog with a comment in either the notes or tags is appreciated).
