Gender presentation kinda sucks because I really want to wear skirts and pretty dresses, but like in a "man wearing fem clothes" kinda way. Which doesn't work too well when I'm afab and perceived by most people as a woman 😞

I simply wish to be perceived as "she" in the way people call motorbikes and boats "she", "he" in the way people call snakes and little creatures "he", and "they" in the way people call mysterious eldritch entities or a swarm of bees "they". Is that really too much to ask?

You know how Warren changed his pension to be 80% of his salary in s2e6? Do you think he can still access any of that in the post apocalypse? And do you think anyone bothered to remove him from the payroll after being frozen and left in Red Valley? Like, theoretically, could he have been getting paid for 44 years and have a massive pension package waiting for him?

I know realistically none of it matters because I doubt the the british pound has much value anymore after the fall of modern society, but it's still fun to consider

My sister's finally started listening to TMA and I'm so hyped. She's on episode 20ish right now and I was telling her how hyped I am for her to get to season two because, as I put it, "shit gets wack."

My sister: Oooo! Is that when the romance starts? I hard there's a great romance!

the other day all my coworkers were talking about the various wack diets they're on and I went "nahhhh I'm on the Seafood Diet" and the lady next to me goes "oh, what's that?" and i was so shocked by actually getting a chance to deliver the punchline on that ancient gag that i barely even remembered to say it

For some reason every time I look at the tumblr explore page it just has a bunch of ~~~aesthetic~~~ photos and batfam incorrect quotes, and while I don't dislike cool pictures or batman stuff, I have never once interacted with any of them. And yet, that is almost all my explore page is. Idk if this is just because tumblr's algorithm is different from the sites I'm used to or if this is somehow a me problem

After considering at length relistening to TMA, listening to the podcast my best friends dad recommended to me, or finally catching up on Hello From The Hallowoods, I decided to do none of that. I randomly remembered hearing about a completely different podcast years ago, and now I'm six episodes into I Am In Eskew and so confused. Good times

I've been thinking about Warren and Bryony's fake marriage and I just can't imagine how dysfunctional those few months must have been. Like there's no way Bryony could have actually convincingly pretended to care for Warren, even if it was to manipulate him. I'm convinced she was doing cruel shit to get in his head then too. She was probably just a lot more subtle about it. She strikes me as the kind of person to guilt trip all the time and shut down any disagreement with a "after everything I do for you".

I mean I doubt Warren would've been a great spouse during that time either, but that's more because of the whole lack of memories thing and him just kinda going through the motions of being in a relationship with someone he was essentially just told he should care for.

I just spent probably 3 whole ass hours on the phone with my sister to try and help her name her and her boyfriend's new cat, only for them to go with the name he was given at the shelter. I gave her so many bangers but noooo because her boyfriend doesn't like them.

He suggested the name Utah btw.
