Sam is an extremely mentally ill man who loves to talk to himself in his mirror which is of course a normal and singlet activity. Also, being a protagonist of a video game, his narration uses you/your pronouns which is always a distinctly plural feeling thing to happen. Sam DEFINITELY is unaware of his plurality but it's 100% there. Seriously the scenes where he talks to himself in the mirror sound like whoever is in front is getting lambasted by another guy. And he always ends them with "what? why are you doing this??? Stop it." And then acts like it's fine. Ok man
Uhm reasons he should win is that he's one of the most kind and tirelessly caring characters I've ever seen and extremely awfully relatable and i love him.

I would like to note that I have NOT played through the entire main questline so I don't know exactly what happens. The game's explanation is possession, I'm pretty sure. Like. The character you made gets sacrificed to Molag Bal immediately and the heart of Nirn creates an entity to possess the body and assist in the defense against the whole Planemeld thing that is the central conflict of the game. So now you're a different person than you used to be and one of your secondary goals is getting that soul back. (I mean frankly not much happens when you do).
Anyway. whatever aspect of former host-death so now there's a new host win I guess. I do enjoy reading the Vestige as plural but it is Incredibly Mundane. Additional consideration is Vestiges who are werewolves, as the werewolf thing has always been the attachment of a wolf spirit. So now we've got three spirits in one body: one mortal, one immortal, and a wolf.

Woe.begone is a podcast that centers on time travel and what people do with it. Mike Walters is the protagonist of this podcast. within woe.begone, there is a time travel concept that mike and his friends refer to as "iterations." Iterations are, incredibly dumbing this down, versions of people from a certain period of time. in woe.begone, an iteration can be made using a preset on technology to take a person from 1 second prior 1 second into the future and now theres two of them. these iterations can be "consolidated" back into the same person but otherwise continue to exist unless killed or corrected by using time travel technology to make it so they were never made with the technology.... woe.begone itself as a podcast has a lot of ideas about what it means to be a person, so consolidation isn't actually that simple of an idea. Mike Walters eventually comes to the belief that he calls "iterative personhood" which means that he believes iterations of himself removed through time are worth empathy and consideration, and that they aren't all exactly what he thinks of as "himself." This is visibly true in many ways.
When Mike forms his time travel organization "base" with his friends, two versions of himself from the future provide him support via the project known as "satellite base." These versions are referred to as mike and Michael. Michael decides one day (for a myriad of reasons) that he is going to be a cowboy. I can't explain it any other way than that, but Michael isn't the only one that just decides to pick up a persona and start acting differently from the rest of Mike Walters. Another iteration, "Mdawg" is depicted as acting like a laid back hippy, for example. Oftentimes, in Mike Walters's circle these iterations serve different roles, like the other half of the two from the future, who is sometimes also referred to as "Latvia mike" to keep things straight. Latvia mike takes it upon himself to be "the reasonable one" of the mikes, believing the Mike Walters of the past (mikey) and the one in his future (Michael) to be incapable of this. Michael himself tries to be the strong one and protect everyone as well.
In woe.begone season 17, a concept is introduced. A new type of consolidation known as "cross consolidation." Cross consolidation is a special type of consolidation of iterations that while also having other new capabilities creates an effect between the iterations that have been consolidated that instead of being/feeling like one person, the end result is someone that feels like two+ people, one possibly leading more than the other and switching back and forth. This is audibly shown by switching voices and speech patterns, even if in the reality of the show the other people don't hear it that way. many people have viewed this season with a more plural reading, and I agree that its a very intriguing way to view it and mike himself. theres a lot more I could say but I don't have my woe.begone analysis license so we're keeping it like this. end rambling listen to my badly done not the best of the evidence rushed audio clips three.... and vote Mike Walters...
something I really enjoy is that I've now seen like 4 or 5 variations of roughly this same video, all slightly different in their angles and timing while obviously being the exact same bunny and room, implying that this is a consistent and frequent behavior for this bunny instead of just a funny thing it did once that got caught on camera. I wish I could have as much raw unfiltered enthusiasm for anything as this little rabbit has for its dinnertime

Jeanne is a system and all of her heads are alters given form and the reason jeanne herself stays pretty much entirely unaffected mentally aside from the general trauma of the games events is because she was shielded by dissociation. I love her so much and she is so cute and the best ever and she should win because she is so lovely
Propaganda for The Ship of Theseus:
This is a series of songs about identity change over time as well as a developed persona becoming its own person, in a sense. "Theseus" builds this "Ship" (a persona or some vessel that represents/embodies him or his ideas), but it comes to outlive him and develops into its own individual that lives in part in the shadow of Theseus while it seeks to become its own thing.
Like to me this is about the subsumption of a created identity when you're used to playing/acting as it. Like, sure, there's an "original" identity as well as the identity you made that contains references to who you were originally, but eventually you start playing as this other self for long enough that you aren't entirely sure which habits or mannerisms belonged to which self. Maybe your friends notice, however subtly. You're different now, you weren't always like that. Could you be sure? Was this always a habit you had, suppressed to appear normal, or was it something you developed to differentiate this character you played?
