Every cut is a form of judgment, whether it takes place on the set or in the editing room. A cut reveals what matters and what doesn't. It delineates the essential from the non-essential. To examine the cuts of a filmmaker is to uncover an approach to cinema.
Wonderful video essay on the relation between neorealism and editing. Cinema lovers, check it out.

Jamming out to one of the best soundtracks of all time while working on some edits and revising the From Out script.
Got to love the sound of neon.

We will be posting lots of the cool stuff we get up to, like videos, photography, and other totally cool guy things.
Once in a while, we will write up blogs that go in depth into our process with specific projects, to give you insight on how we just kind of make things up as we go (not really)
(okay maybe a little)
Stay tuned!
