1:09 - book is titled in Russian as "Harry Potter and Gifts of Magi".
1) Last book on Harry Potter was translated in Russia as "Harry Potter and Gifts of Death"
2) "Gifts of Magi" is an Orthodox Christian relic which gathered ridiculous queues of people in Russia to see and touch it.
The whole happening was ridiculed on the internet by progressive people like the author of the video.
1:12 - Putin-Voldemort holding as a magic wand in his hand Ostankino tv-tower, which is the symbol of state propaganda in Russia.
1:48 - left-bottom cat is a picture, drawed by Putin on the blackboard during some school visit. Instant satirical mem(and mem-generator) on Russian internets.
2:22 - Darth Vader holding Christian Orthodox symbol as a light saber. Zhgun is referencing to his older work.
3:09 - robot Bender (from Futurama) dressed as a Russian Patriarch. Zhgun often compares cynicism and greed of Russian Church to this character's, shot from zhgun's video "Alphabet".
3:20 - Russian church is blasting off like a rocket. Common satirical complain, that in the past Russia's main proud was rockets and science, and now it's church and religion instead. Posted every time there is a news about Russian church doing anything related with science or education:

3:39 - ancestors sitting in a "Russian" squat - posture widely regarded in post-soviet countries as a sign of very low cultural level.
4:14 - amount of cultural references here is huge, but basically, Russian ex-oil-tycoon and ex-political-prisoner and now pro-western Russian opposition politician in exile Khodorkovsky called every newspaper to reprint Charlie Ebdo caricatures, after which Russian-Chechen warlord Kadyrov called him his personal enemy.
