I thought the Mutos were a hidden Gigan redesign when those first trailers dropped.

The Monsterverse has some of the best posters, you can’t change my mind.
Ts-eh-go deserved better
They were an obedient bio-weapon of the U.S. military that was a well trained mutant.
But when its replacements that didn’t cost as much to feed were developed, it became slated for termination since it was no longer needed.
Godzillla and H.E.A.T tricked it and its replacements into fighting eachother, and Godzilla then destroyed both.
A sad end.
They should have been a reoccurring antagonist and ocassional ally!
The “by-the-book” type to Godzilla’s loose cannon!
We also never found out the nature of the bio-weapon project’s “Third Wave.”
Can we just admire how toy Nick looks cool with that laser blaster?
The show itself should have emphasized the technological advancements of the army more than it did. It would have been cool to see more sci-fi military weapons like those in the classic Godzilla movies.
