I absolutely HATE this but no can do, I’ll post it anyways 💔 enjoy!!
i’m breaking up with my boyfriend to prove bosnians hate herzegovinians, then i’m slitting his throat and hanging him up on a willow the way god intended
Every time I see someone praise Herzegovina’s writing within the Tix canon, or refer to her as some representation of “dom mommy who beats her husband and he takes it with love” I want to vomit. The female characters in Yugotalia barely have any solid characterization if we only take into account Tix’s comics and canon, they’re basically walking cardboard boxes.
Herzegovina being made Croatia’s sister (for whatever reason, Tix either didn’t care to pick up a history book or wanted some ustaša content) and obsessed with him, to the point of infatuation. If she’s not drooling over Croatia she’s being a “domwife” and hating on her husband, or really any character she interacts with that isn’t Croatia. Her two walking traits are being a rude woman and obsessed with a man. Stereotypical Herzegovinian woman, am I right?
I don’t think much needs to be said about Macedonia, as there is barely anything to go off of because 80% of the time Macedonia is included in content she’s getting her ass or tits groped by either Montenegro or Serbia. Her only purpose is to say, “Hey, don’t touch me there you pervert!!!!”
Vojvodina is not worth mentioning as she’s basically a fucking concept, same with Albania. If you’re going off of Tix’s canon alone, your women are puddle water.

Yugotalia characters and abortion
I started writing this a week ago when I overheard my bus driver talking about abortion rights and giving the most stereotypical Balkan man response imaginable, and I thought, hey!!! Yugotalia characters wouldn't be any better than this.
Enjoy, Yugotalia characters and their stances on abortion.
Dražen - honestly really doesnt gaf about women because i need him to be a mean gay. He doesn’t care enough to go against it nor advocate for it, but likes reading online arguments between balding incels and tiktok influencer teen moms in his spare time.
Janez - i don’t think this needs to be clarified, but Janez is not like the other girls and actually supports women doing what they want with their own bodies.
Šćepan - quite the traditional man in every sense, I dont think he would support it but he wouldnt really be vocal about it. If it doesnt effect him, its not worth his time.
Idriza - similarly to Šćepan, is quite the traditional woman and thinks if you took the risk, you suffer the consequences. Though I dont think she would mind as much if it was early pregnancy, and the person had a "good reason" to abort. Probably has paid to abort half the girls Ilija impregnated at some point in time because no child deserves a deadbeat like her son.
Ilija - doesn’t really care in truth, he’s not a woman, so why should he give a thought about women’s issues? Plus, abortion comes in handy when you’re not a condom guy and you have crying girls at your mom’s doorstep asking where their boyfriend is. If you want an abortion, get an abortion ladies.
Enis - like the true fake muslim that he is, he defaults to not supporting it by the opinions of the others around him. He’s not gonna be the odd one out and take a woman’s side, is he? Thats kind of gay.
Vuk - the only time Vuk opens the Bible is to take an out of context passage to prove why abortion is worse than the war crimes he has committed. The type to claim it should also be the man’s choice to make the woman keep the baby.
Milica - believes theres nothing wrong with it but has no backbone to actually voice this, she agrees with anything Vuk says to avoid needless arguments. Women submitting to loud, obnoxious men for the win.
Emina - if the region of Sandžak had a planned parenthood organization, Emina would be a regular protester. Thinks theres genuinely something wrong with anybody who has an abortion under normal circumstances. She uses her facebook account to shame teen moms and women who publicly post about their experiences with aborting.
Bajram - token woke Balkan man, thinks he shouldn’t have an opinion on something that he wont ever go through. Regularly gets into arguments with Vuk over this, taking time to debunk all his Bible claims. Has probably read more of the Bible than Vuk at this point. Tatjana - she seems like the bubbly type to take any movement as a trend, so she'd probably say abortion is cool because its all the talk on tiktok these days.

Except it's less about what perfumes they wear and more about what they generally smell like based on their environments, and I wasn't really serious about it.
