“He feels a sudden warmth in his chest. He didn’t know Cor loved him. It’s good. It’s good.

Cor smiles at him. Then he frowns. “Wait, what was that about Papa Bear?” he asks.

“Arcis calls you that,” he says. “And papa means the same thing as dad.” He doesn’t know what bear means.

Cor’s mouth twitches. “Arcis, huh?” he says.

“Yes,” he says.

Cor nods. “OK,” he says. He walks past him, squeezing his shoulder as he passes. “Finish your breakfast. I just gotta have a quick word with someone.”

He sits down and picks up his cup. Cor leaves the room and closes the door behind him. He hears him calling Arcis’s name, muffled through the wood. He drinks the tea from the cup. It makes him feel warm.

He feels warm.”

IT’S DONE. Almost all pencil, since I turned out liking it this way?? Also if I tried coloring it’d never get done :/ Pretty much on of the cutest scenes from Poor Wayfaring Stranger, by Lithos_saeculum, in the latest chapter ;v; Cor fully accepting his role as Prompto’s dad and lots of GOOD HUGS. I’ve also redrawn this like 4 times through the layout/storyboarding process, so there’s no readmore, y’all get to see it in all it’s long post glory :P (clicking the pics should make them easier to read! Sorry Cor swears alot….)

Back from Christmas trip! I worked on Stuff. Here’s a big one. A comic page adaptation to a scene from the latest chapter of that Final Fantasy 15 fic I won’t shut up about, Poor Wayfaring Stranger! The latest chapter was real great ;v; Noct is a good awkward over-protective egg, I love him, and hugs are great, thank you. Some edits were made to the text at the end to keep it to one page;;;;;;

I actually have…another adaptation from the same chapter I’m working on. It’s up to 7 pages. I’m dying. Don’t know when I’ll finish, but it is reallyyyyy building my comic making skills. O.o

Like I said before, I’m mildly obsessed…now with more Dad!Cor doodles ;v; Prompto needs to learn alot about the world, I love reading about those around him helping him…some favorite scenes and some rough designs for some OCs in the fic as well! More detailed explanations in the captions! ^^

As a reader, I am sincerely so grateful for fanfiction. There are so many fantastic and talented writers out there, pouring their hearts and souls into their work, giving fans the content they crave, sharing their love of these worlds and characters. But let’s be honest, the pressure to create is hard enough without a pandemic weighing on you. So it doesn’t matter if you are creating right now or not - you are amazing. Every single one you!

As an author, I can’t tell you how much it means, how it fills my heart, to have people thank me for my writing, and tell me that it has brought them joy in these troubling times. You both motivate and sustain me. Every last kudos and comment has brought me more happiness than I can express.
