Hello! Howdy! Hi! I am Laika (they), and I’m really just here to chill, have a nice time, make some really quick comics, and just enjoy life! I’m very relaxed and I generally don’t have an upload schedule, but I might post maybe like once a week other than asks.

This story will contain themes such as death, gore, extreme violence, and general suffering. Really everything you’d expect from a zombie apocalypse. So please, don’t read if these themes are potentially triggering!

I play genetically accurately, but don’t use the gene mod or anything—sometimes I’ll just edit cats if they’re the children of someone to be accurate. For the fun of it! I loooove cat genetics, it’s just super interesting lol. Also fun fact for ya’ll, the clan isn’t actually named zombieclan! It’s Doveclan but Zombieclan is a way more interesting blog title-

Boundaries/guidelines

I’d prefer it if you didn’t humanize these guys—I’m not really sure how they’d translate into humans anyways, but I like them as little kitties just the way they are! Feel free to make them anthro though idc

You are COMPLETELY FREE to make headcanons, fanart, whatever for these guys! I truly do not care. Go wild go crazy.

Please do not rush me on moons and whatnot! I’m making this entirely for the fun of it and I may just drop it and come back several months later because I feel like it.

Characters and pronouns/Allegiances? I suppose

I don’t have reference sheets for them really, I actually tend to draw them with no reference whatsoever, but here is their pronouns and info!

Feathercrest - Clo/Cloud/Clouds + She/her/hers - A tall, oriental, white and cinnamon cat with yellow-blue eyes.

Snakepaw - She/Her/Hers - A black and dark brown cat with one orange and one green eye.

Lavenderkit - It/its She/Her/Hers - A white, orange, and grey cat with one blue and one green eye.

Fun fact! Both snake and lavender are chimeras (wildcard torties in code but whatever). Absolutely insane roll.

Currently in the process of drafting the first “part” of the story—I belieeeeeve this is roughly up until moon 7? So expect some moons soon!

I’m planning on having moons be pretty long? So we’ll see how long it takes to finish all of these but the hope is one moon every week or so. Maybe more, maybe less, depends on my general motivation.

The dark fluffy cat is Snakepaw, kitten is Lavenderkit, and cat at the end isssssss Feathercrest!

Art style is somewhat inspired by Jumalanpelko—absolutely excellent comic, go check it out, it’s final chapter is going to release soon!!! The plot is not though I just happened to end up with a relationship between two cats that could only be a parent child dynamic lmao
