Life's wild in the sense that my prior relationships, I knew the person had liked me for months, if not years, before we dated. Then I found my current boyfriend. And he told me he had an eye on me for a while. But I never would've guessed. We started dating and it's crazy because the difference between the guys I knew liked me and him is that he hears me out, let's me be myself, though he'll watch me fall he'll be the first to offer a hand and ask what was learned. He sees my to-do list on the fridge and tells me not to worry about x,y,z he'll get them handled for me. 2 1/2 years is the longest relationship I've had, we'll be going on 2 years in November. And it feels like the start of a journey. It feels alive but also foreign. I've been so used to being quiet and doing everything on my own. But he tells me he loves to hear my ramble about my day. He always asks if I need a hand. I think at 25 I might actually be seeing what love looks like for the first time.
