She’s AuDHD- and also has juvenile arthritis (specifically oligoarthritis) and asthma related issues. I am well versed on everything, but juvenile arthritis but I feel like the issues with her arm are too important to ignore. I have researched and am trying my hardest to staying true to this disability.

Yeah, it's legal to do that. Most fast food places and retail fire you for getting pregnant also. Even in places where that's illegal. They usually find some other reason. Notably most places have rules deliberately impossible to actually meet fully so they can fire anyone "for cause" unrelated to the actual reason that they're being fired.
I'm going to be honest, I'd rather start stealing bikes from the rich kids' boarding school near me than go back into working fast food. I developed a heart murmor from stress.
Most? I don't even enjoy battling, but the economy sucks where I live, and it lets me scrape by while not destroying my soul like service industry or retail
If it's in a tournament or for ranking? No, it's about winning. That's the only thing that matters for your career prospects. This is part of why I don't do anything outside of the occasional friendlies in the park on weekends
… I never understand why people are so upset at losing Pokémon battles. I mean- I guess I’d feel a little sad but…it’s about having fun at the end if the day, isn’t? Working alongside your teammates! Not fair sportsmanship to complain about it, right?
