Pokémon Pet Regressor Guide

What is a Pokémon pet regressor? A Pokemon pet regressor is someone who regresses to a Pokémon animal such as a Pikachu. Activities and snacks under the cut! :3

Pokémon Pet Regressor Activities

Walk like your Pokémon type - whether that’s on all fours, on two legs, pretending to fly or swim, etc.

If you’re a water type Pokémon, play in the pool or sprinkler, take a bubble bath or relaxing shower, set up a small bin or bowl of water to play toys in, jump in puddles, dance in the rain, or find another way of playing in water! 💧 💦

If you’re a fire type Pokémon, roast marshmallows over a fire pit or the flame on a stove (be careful, and have caretaker supervision if needed!), bask in the warm sunlight, or eat spicy food (optional) and pretend to have fire breath

If you’re a ground type Pokémon, play in the dirt, make mud pies, jump in mud puddles, or dig holes 🍀

If you’re an electric type Pokémon, play with static electricity by rubbing a balloon against your hair and sticking it to the wall or dragging your feet on the carpet and shocking yourself in the dark to see the electricity spark! ⚡️

If you’re a grass type Pokémon, roll in the grass, stim by feeling the grass on your fingertips, or take a walk barefoot in a (safe) grassy location and feel the grass on your toes 🍃

If you’re a flying type Pokémon, pretend you’re flying by putting your arms out and running really fast, fly a kite, make paper airplanes, or run and jump pretending you’re soaring 💨🌬️

If you’re a bug type Pokémon, collect bugs, go spying for bugs outside by looking under rocks or branches, or learn about different kinds of bugs 🐛

If you’re a rock type Pokémon, go for a walk and collect rocks, see who between you and your friends can find the biggest rock, or climb on on large rocks at a park or trail (safely) 🪨

If you’re a psychic type Pokémon, play “what number am I thinking of” or play games like 20 questions or I-spy and pretend to use your psychic abilities to gain an advantage 🧠

If you’re a dark type Pokémon, watch movies in the dark, make shadow puppets, or stick glow in the dark stickers around your room at night 🖤🖤

SpiderPet Pet Regressor Guide

What is a spiderpet regressor? A spiderpet regressor is someone who regresses to a pet that was bitten by a radioactive spider within the Spiderverse, much like Spiderman, and who aids superheroes! This might be a puppy, kitty, or other animal type who has superpowers! How neat is that!! :3

Activities and snacks for spiderpets under the cut ;3

Activities for Spiderpet Regressors:

Play heroes and villains (like cops and robbers) with friends, stuffies, or action figures

Use yarn or string to make a spider web to catch bad guys!

Watch a SpiderMan movie or cartoon (or other superhero show), and bark, meow, chitter, or speak up however works best for your pet self to alert SpiderMan whenever your spidey senses go off during the show

Put your toys or stuffies in a “high security prison” (a simple cardboard box will do), keep an eye on the villains, and speak up as your pet self to alert SpiderMan if they try to escape

Brief Guide to Being an Alien Pet Regressor 👽🛸🐶

What is an alien pet regressor? An alien pet regressor is someone who, instead of being an earth pet like a bunny or kitten, is an extraterrestrial animal! Think the type of pet an alien might keep. Alien pet regressors can be of any breed or type. Some are fuzzy, some have scales or tentacles, some are big, some small, some hyper intelligent, others smooth brained, some energetic and some calm. It’s up to the regressor!

What activities can an alien pet regressor do? Some of these are space/alien themed activities, and some of these depend on what your pet species is like :3

Crawl, slither, scuttle, walk on your toes, or jump around the house!

Pretend you have the ability to walk up walls or pretend you are walking on the ceiling

Go for a low-gravity walk by slowly jump-stepping around

Chitter in an alien language

Do tricks like sit, stay, lie down, roll over

Play Simon says to practice being an obedient pet

If your pet species is hyper-intelligent, color simple space coloring pages, do a space-themed puzzle, watch a space or alien movie, read a book about space (a children’s book or a longer sci-fi or science nonfiction piece depending on your species’ intelligence), learn space facts, or make drawings of your planet, owner, or pet self

Pretend to chase after space-pests the way a human pet might go after a mouse or squirrel

Imagine your bed is a spaceship

Take a shower or bath and pretend you are at the groomers

Listen to galaxy or space themed instrumentals or playlists, or listen to spaceship ambience

Make a crater out of blankets and take a nap in it

Go stargazing and pretend you’re floating through space

Cosplay as your alien pet self or wear a comfy pet self inspired outfit

If your pet species forages, forage around the house for toys and stuffed animals

If your pet species has sharp teeth, chew chew chew! Of your pet species is strong, play tug of war

If your pet species is a hunter, hide stuffed animals around the house as prey and sniff them out
