MOVIE VANESSA THEORY/SPECULATION STUFF:

SO. On first watch I, like apparently a lot of people, was really confused with Vanessa being William's kid. I was waiting for the reveal for William to be Mike's dad the entire time but it makes a lot of sense in hindsight!

They're setting Vanessa up to be Vanny in what I THINK will be the 3rd movie in the pizzaplex, it turning into a like father like daughter thing.

We know Vanessa has been at the very least complacent in the murders of who knows how many kids, might've even been forced to help with the killings knowing Mathew's William. IDK it just makes a lot of sense to me.

What just clicked for me the other day though, happened because of a conversation I had.

I was explaining this to a friend and he said "but she's in a coma, she got stabbed"

So I responded with, not even fully thinking about the implications in that moment, "what if the coma is princess quest?"

I've been thinking way deeper about that; princess quest in the movies is twisted into not being Vanessa's fight against a literal voice in her head in the form of a virus, but a figurative one being the voice of her own trauma. Princess quest becomes Vanessa's fight to try to be anything but her father- her desperate attempts to help people in spite of what she's been through.

So her losing? Becoming Vanny anyway?
