I don't even know how the FNAFterlife works bruh I assume like, everyone who dies goes straight to Heaven (or Hell if they were an asshole) unless they're a really angry kid or an adult who got some remnant from a dead kid. William Afton possessed Springtrap because killing all those kids gave him some remnant, Mike got remnant from getting scooped or smth so he was able to survive, and if we're taking Gregory's drawings as lore then Vanessa probably became a ghost because Vanny killed people and got some remnant through there. idk bros correct me if i'm wrong

Being so fr I have like now?? 5 drafts?? I think of a game Michael Afton character analysis and I have been struggling so hard to articulate my thoughts properly about him like so bad oh my god. It’s so hard to talk about really any fnaf character atp because everyone throws around “canon” so loosely when like half the shit they’re talking about isn’t confirmed canon to the games or like at all. Including my analysis btw because the games have still not given us virtually anything about Michael. Im going to try and use quotes and evidence as much as I can and steer away from using hcs, as well as try to highlight both sides of Michael that are shown or implied. But again, hardly anything especially relating to game Michael Afton has ever been confirmed canon in the games 😭. Plus he’s also such a morally ambiguous character imo it’s so hard to articulate how he is properly because people keep wanting to put him in a box of good or evil so bad from my experience. Which I feel neither really fit him solely? I find this is a problem a lot with most fnaf characters unfortunately. People will say this about Elizabeth, or Cassidy, now Charlie, super unpopular opinion but Gregory and Vanessa get labeled this unfairly imo too. Like honestly the only character I truly believe is fitting of being called evil in the fnaf games imo is probably William and even then I could probably still do a deep dive on any depth in his character I’m sure. I probably will one day tbh.

But uh yeah anyways just a quick rant abt that! Also sorry I’ve been posting SOOO much Michael Afton stuff lately. I’m very passionate about this weird little man lol! Hopefully maybe after I get this big post about it off my chest I’ll slow down a little. I’ll still probably be posting art about him + fnaf most likely and I’ve been pondering the Michael Afton ask blog idea again and have actually started some stuff for that! So hopefully a lot of my Michael posting energy will go there. I do still plan to talk more about the fnaf 2 movie at somepoint more in depth I really wanna watch it again before I do though so that probably won’t be for a little while. But anyways yea thank you for all putting up with my rambling about Michael Afton for like a few weeks straight now.

trying to figure out what kinda black magic trick William pulled to give his American-raised kids English accents.

Maybe he just constantly enforced British media in the house so that’s what they heard? British radio stations, British TV, British everything. The “proper English” pronunciation of things, as well as the words.

So the kids know the British names of things, which is perfectly fine until they get into school, and are promptly laughed at for calling a cookie a “biscuit” among other British-isms.

I def think Michael has a combo accent since he had more time to practice sounding American. The younger kids never really had the chance to (Rip).

Like what if Mike even hammed up the English voice in his monologue.

with talks of M1 killing David on the table, I think it's worth taking into consideration that David is very much a parallel to the Crying Child—if he's not just CC outright. CCs death was a freak accident, it's just that the actions that led to his death weren't. A case of teenage idiocy caused FoxyBro's actions to surpass the intended level of maliciousness. He harrassed CC, but he never intended to actually hurt him. And he never did.

it was the 80s, no one was thinking about the psychological effects this may have on CC in the future.

Okay I just want to say that I was listening to the FFPS speech and Baby’s part is so interesting. I feel way too many people are sleeping on the parallel of her saying:

“You gathered them all together, in one place. Just like he asked you to.”

And Michael saying in his SL speech to William:

“I put her back together, just like you asked me to.”

It’s just interesting…

The more that I think about it, the more that the possibility of William having kidnapped Vanessa is very real. Like he gets her as a replacement for his kid(s) that got taken from him or died.

I'd prefer her to his blood related daughter however I do really like the idea of him kidnapping her as well.

FNAF MOVIE SPOILERS

idk if someone already had this theory and im not even sure if it makes sense (pls feel free to add/correct me in a nice way ofc) but i saw a post about how mikes dad could be henry and that made me think if that were to be true what if garrett is the puppet. at the end of the movie u can hear it spelling come find me, out of all the children that were shown getting kidnapped we never saw what happened to garrett so the sequel could be about it. garrett, henrys son, could be the first child to ever be killed by william (which would also explain why william would go out of his way to kidnap him) and similar to the games henrys daughter was the first one to be killed by him who later posses the puppet. im fairly new to the fandom and i havent read the books yet ( i plan to do it in the winter holidays) so if i said anything completely wrong pls feel free to point it out NICELY
