These are free to use, and you can use them for ocs, adoptables, customs, references, whatever you need.

Btw if you speak German and want a xenofic series with lots of varying animal species, may I recommend Das Geheime Leben der Tiere? It has several sub-series and usually each book focuses on one or a few different species.

Each arc except the Minik one is also an anthology so the books can be read separately out of order. I haven't read all of them but I've enjoyed the ones I did read! They also are rather fact-based so it's nice that the authors are doing their research.
